It's USA Readers.

They called today said "I am calling working people today, what is your name."  I said XXX. She continued "My name is Barbara and I am calling for the magazine publishers, I am not selling subcriptions, do you read magazines?"  I answered NO.  She said "Have a good day", and hung up.

rcvd call from Barbara w/ USA Readers - not trying to sell magazines but wants to send out a list of free magazines - when I stated we weren't interested... click - she hung up on me!

This Barbara called me today. I told her "no ma'am" when asked if I were a magazine reader and she hung up on me...you could at least tell me "thank you for taking time out of your work day to listen to me for two seconds." If I ever want a magazine subscription (PS- I am a magazine reader but I don't feel like I should be asked to listen to her sales pitch when I am being paid to do my actual work)

I have gotten 3 calls in one day at my job!This is ridiculous! I got a call from a girl named Beth and a guy named Rich. They both tried to sell me 8 magazines for 3.61 a week and then a ginza knife set...

Receiving calls, as soon as we pickup the phone, we hear the person hangup.
