Will just say I need to call this # and pay a bill from so long ago or I will be sued

Left Message:  Said he was responding to a FAX that he received.  He instructed me to call back immediately or something was going to be reported to the county. He said that he had a proposition regarding a case number. Said his name was Bill Kraemer from Goldmann & Roth at ext. 252.  This seemed like a very threatening call for collections.

A message was left on my answering machine for my father from this number and the guy left the same type of message.  Something about employment and if he didn't return the call that he will forced to take the matter to the county's courthouse.  My father has been retired for many years and he hasn't lived in the residence since he retired.  If the matter is that important they can send an a certified letter to whatever address they have on said (sic) file.

Tony Sigma called called to talk to my roommate, however, he started fishing me for info. The message was: Do you know Larry B. (a long lost relative)? I told the goofball I had no idea who he was talking about. Nonetheless, the jerk ask me to take down his number and relay a message to my roommate, to please give him a call. I asked him in reference to what? He replied "a pending lawsuit against Larry B."

Something smelled, so I looked up this number and find out its probably a scam.

Received a call on my answering machine last night from a Tony Sigma.  he said he was following a case #141853 that involved my brother and said that if he didn;t hear from me that he would be forced to proceed with legal action in Humbolt County Court.  I called my dad and he said he had received the same call.  Frightening that family members are so easy to find these days.  From all the other comments posted regarding the guy, it sounds to me like a scam.  I have no intention of returning the call.

caller left a message for a relative of mine who lives in another state. Eric Cooper was the name he left on voicemail. Message stated that unless he was contacted ASAP, action would be filed @ the county courthouse where relative lives. I called return #716-898-0080, told Eric Cooper no one by the name he had lived at my telephone # and he stated the person that lived @ the # was................, which was me?! Played stupid, told him no one by that name could be reached at the # he was calling and neither could the person for whom he had left the voicemail. Said he would so note it in the "file" so it would not be called again. I think this is a huge scam! Rude and a smartaleck!

This company is calling me and my children. They said a suit had been filed, I checked.. and no one has not. Then they said it is ready to be if i don't give them my bank account number right then. When I told them i needed to know what it was for they told me to check my credit report and that i was stupid for not having checked it every month anyways. They told me to give them a bank account number or they will keep calling my children. They called me 11 times in 24 hours and my children over 20 times in 6 hours. They told the children i was being sued and could lose the house and they would be homeless. They state the debt is 1100 but will only make me pay 600 if i paid right then. I recorded the last 2 conversations (which i had them all recorded) and now i am going to contact an attorney. These people are awful.
