They are harrassing me telling me that I have a lawsuit against me. They are threatening me and calling me boss harrassing her.

I got the same calls, it's a total scam. Trying to pressure you into sending them money. Hanging up on me and yelling. They call your boss too. It's a total scam!!

Got the same threatening call, left a message on my boss phone! I called the number back and questioned who they were and why they were calling. When I said I had no knowledge of them, owed them nothing, was going to report them because they are running a scam, they immediately hung up the phone!!!

Calling me also...I didn't answer but couldn't. They didn't leave a message so I believe they wish not to be identified.

They called me asking for someone else then started telling me I was lying about not being/knowing the said person. When I asked to speak to a supervisor the man became upset and hung up!!!

I had the same type of call and very hard to understand the message. More than likely the call was placed outside of the U.S.A., but they are doing this thru a telecommunication system here. Just keep calling The National Do Not Call List and keep reporting the number. Otherwise ignore them or tell them you are taking action and then watch them hang up you.

When I pressed for more information they told me they were filing charges against me and then the guy tod me to go to hell....scary part is he has my SSN

Someone who calls himself Kevin Bell keeps calling from this number, trying to get one of our night shift employees to answer during the day (which of course does not happen). Despite being told not to call back he keeps doing so. Not sure if blocking the number or registering it on the DNC list will make much difference, as I think it's all coming out of a call center. Ugh.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

I am not sure who is calling from this number and they have been asking for someone named Carolyn Spices and harassing me like anything even after i told that i dont know anyone in that name.

This number has repeatedly called my Place of business requesting an employee of mine. When I feel him he isn't available he calls between 25-50 time back to back. These jerks are scam artists do not give them any information. They are posing as Cingular wireless, the company AT&T bought out years ago.

I got aphone call from this number and also unknown # said 1000 on the phone  .i been getting this phone call very since 09/11/2012   he has my social security # and also my bank information . he will not stop calling my # or my friend house and my friend is 82 years old and she can not take it no more . Is name  is John cooper claiming he his from Lancaster, Pennsylvania  but he is from India . and the other person calling is Brian but when you call him back they alway will say that brian is not here.he will not stop calling my friend we been to the police and report it and also got a lawyer    his # he is calling from is 717-405-3297  . he is a scam . so i wish he would find a real job and stop scaming people. god know want is doing he is in the wrong he will haved to pay for it sometime because we are doing and he is doing wrong  he also cliam he is calling for martinz & assoc.

Keeps calling my job about a debt I do not owe & they wont stop!!

This number continues to call my job 10+ times a day. I called the number and a guy with a foreign accent answers saying I own some company money, but will not tell me who the company is. Every time I call it sounds like the same guy, only using different names. I told him to mail me the information and he got mad and hung up.

This number keeps calling me saying I owe on a loan I never took out. They call my work and its totally embarassing.

These guys have started calling my place of business, asking for my supervisor, well seeing I run the place I had someone pretend to be my boss, they said someone was filed a law suite against me and my place of business, they gave 3 names Kevin Bell, David Cooper and Mark Davis, we asked for the name of the company they first said National Affidavid Law Firm, then said Hinkins Law Firm address of 224 N Duke Street Lancaster PA 17602, we looked this address up through google search and it comes up with James M Hook CPA, I called them to report to them someone was scamming using their address, they have nothing to do with these callers. I then called the number 7174053297 back 10-12 times harassing them insisting on more information, told them the address they gave was not theirs that they were scammers, they swore at me said stop calling them, I told them to stop calling this place of business. Then went on BBB web site to report them for harassement. They are scammers....

A foreign guy who uses the name Kevin Bell called at least 10 times in a 30 minute span.  He would call, hang up and then call right back.  He was looking for one of our employees who does not work in the office.  Upon further investigation, online, we determined this is a scam.  We have reported this number to our phone company in an attempt to stop these calls.

same guys called on 11/05/2012 harassing me that i took a loan for 2000 and that i needed to pay that odff right away they also said that if i didn't pay that they would contact my employer and take it out of my paycheck immediately this didn't make sense to me they also knew my employer and other personal info ... took immediate action changed my bank info and contacted FTC.. also spoke to the police department about it and was told that there were other cases related to mine same number and names...
