Called on 02/08/2014 @ 02:07 PM from Harrisburg, PA. Caller ID shows Cellphone PA. No message was left. From comments made on the WhitePages app over the last few days, this is Card Services with another new # and location. Robo Rachel continues to tell you "This is your second and final offer…"
I haven't answered a single call from this scammer in the 3-4 years and roughly 1000 calls they've made yet they continue to call once or twice daily from another # and location. Can't even block them when it's almost always a new #. This call was supposedly from a T-mobile cell.

auto message talking about credit card offers / last chance.  obvious scam.  hang up or don't answer.

All the usual crap about this being my final warning and to press 1 to apply for a lower rate.  When the low life agent in the call center answered they said "Did you press 1 to get a lower rate today?" and I said "No, I pressed 1 to waste your time the same way that you've wasted mine ...".

F'ING hate these parasites. They spoof their number and CONSTANTLY call over and over.
The DND call list is a complete joke.

The FCC needs to make it illegal to spoof phone numbers. OR invent an app that would allow recipients to identify the REAL number that is calling them!  THIS MUST BE DONE TO CATCH THE SCAMMERS AND PUT THEM IN JAIL!!!

I was out when they called and it showed from a cell phone in Pa. I was surprised they left a recording message and it said it was my last chance -  Thank Goodness. I bet they call again and again. Call came at 4:57 PM today and since I don't know anyone with that # I did not answer it. Love caller ID. My # is on the Do Not Call List and I guess it is not meant for them or they just don't bother looking at it.

I had to laugh when I saw your comment and love it. Even my husband laughed. Wonder if they will call you again. Time will tell if they try it again with you or me. I give you 2 thumbs up.

2/11/14 Called 30 minutes ago.  No message.  Added to my Call Blocker (which gets new numbers added daily, sometimes 4 times a day).  These swine need to be hunted down and exterminated all of them!

Caller ID "Cell Phone PA" ... FEB 11@11:08am EST… I do not answer callers I do not know. They did not leave a message.

anyone can forward a number from a different line. This has been done since the days of patching through with operators

over the last few years we have received hundreds & hundreds of "this is the last call" messages.......They need to bew shut down !!!!!!!!!

Received call from 717-608-7443 on 2/11 at 1:19 pm ET.  Called ID said it was a cell phone.  I did not answer. They hung up after 3rd ring and left no message.

Just got a 4 sec dead air VM on my cell for this too.  Glad I found out from here that it was the card services scam, but not happy I keep getting calls from these idiots.  I'm in Ohio

Receive regular calls from 1-717-608-7443. Most recent call was today (02/13/14) at 5:05pm to my residence in No. VA. These "last & final notices" regarding my "credit card" are really p*ssing me off! Am on the Nat'l Do Not Call registry & this company does not honor my request to put me on their No Call list -- they rudely hang up.  The FEDS COULD stop this harassment if they wanted to!

I asked to be placed on the DNC list and was told that they didn't have one because they were Card Member Services.  They have been calling for years from various numbers.  I don't know how to stop them from calling.

Another bunch of criminal, devil worshipping animals, supposedly calling via cell phone (but which may be a spoofed, computer-generated number), to peddle yet another credit card scam.  They must think we are all idiots to fall for this stinking fraud and deception.  They also peddle other schemes, as part of an ever-changing menu of frauds and scams.  A pox on them.  In the recent past, they have also used other numbers, which come out as non-working or out of service as well, due to not being issued by a legitimate, licensed common carrier (i.e., a real FCC-licensed telephone company).  More calls grouped into the totality of nuisance, fraud, scam calls.  It is assumed that all improperly or incompletely identified numbers are from the increasing number of scams, frauds, tie-lines, etc. This is why everyone must contact their elected reps in DC to demand that they significantly strengthen the DNC laws, providing extremely severe dollar and prison sentences for violators, and give more strength to the FTC.  This is an opportunity for Congress to actually do something useful for the country, not just pass gas and throw spitballs at each other.  Any business must be properly identified with their legal name on Caller Id, not hide behind Not Available, Private, Unavailable, etc.  It is time to ban any kind of solicitation call, whether telemarketer, charitable, political, survey, opinion poll or whatever, plus outlaw any use of tie lines, robo-callers or use of numbers not issued by a legitimate, FCC licensed common carrier (telephone company).  You can be assured that funds donated or authorized over the phone will mostly go into the pockets of the organizers, not to the charity or political campaign, or intended purpose, along with a $10 donation showing up as $100s in charges.  Never give a credit card number or any personal data to anyone over the phone. There must be a new scam and fraud being generated every second out there.  We need call control, not gun control!
