    Unknown caller.... called left no message... this number looks suspicious...
    The area code is local (Central PA) and the prefix was originally assigned to local boro,
    but those four zeros are not normal anywhere I know of in the US.

    I suspect the number is being spoofed to hide the true identity and geographic location of the caller, perhaps by a scam artist or some unscrupuless telemarketer with some reason to hide.
