Caller ID says PENZA,AFFILIATE. No voicemail left.

Got a call this afternoon but they didn't leave a voicemail.  Assume it's a junk call.  All the search results on Google show that it's associated with Penza Affiliates LTD in Staten Island.

100% SCAM/SPAM.  Yet another of the "Buy Solar Panels over the phone" (!) or "Switch your Electric Provider" SCAM calls.  We've gotten EIGHTEEN (18) of these calls in the last 22 days with the Same MO- including THREE just today - all different States/area codes/numbers with just a city name on caller id:

978-400-2559 "FITCHBURG, MA" (2x)(This is T-MOBILE CELL exchange. What LEGIT business uses cell for this purpose?)

413-382-7521 "SPRINGFIELD, MA"  (Also a CRIMINAL HUB)

458-201-1435 "EUGENE, OR"  (New tactic; try the other side of the country.  BUSTED!  STILL SCAMMERS)

and now THIS one,
718-236-5500  "PENZA AFFILIATES" on Caller ID.  I answered THIS one with "CRIMINAL CALL INVESTIGATION BUREAU" and waited, but there was no one on the line.  This is a new tactic since picking up/hanging up and BLOCKING doesn't seem to slow any of these down.
ALL these calls are likely generated OVERSEAS, most likely INDIA or PAKISTAN, as the callers all seem to have heavy ASIAN/MUSLIM accents.

I got a call from this number.  It was a guy with a thick Indian accent claiming to be from Allstate. He started talking about rates in my state and said this was a free call.  I hung up.

Got a call again from this number.  Again it is someone claiming to be from Allstate Insurance.  When I said that I didn't believe he was from Allstate I was cursed out.

I have been getting calls from penza affiliates 781-236-5500,,,they don't say anything,, i tried calling the number back and get a message that this number has been disconnected.. so how did i get a call from a disconnected number?

How did they get my cell!

Received call yesterday on my mobile (which is registered in the DO NOT CALL list), claimed to be marketing Auto Insurance and asked for 'Which car I was driving???' ... The accent sounded very Indian / Pakistani ...

Just got a call from Penza, no one spoke.  These guys have been calling to sell solar panels in a HOA neighborhood.  I have explained this several times to them but the keep calling.  The usually call and hang up but call again within an hour.  I am ready for them... just got my whistle ready to bust some eardrums LOL

They have been calling me all week and when I finally answered she said she was with All State Insurance, then she stopped talking. I called back today and the number was out of service... Irritating!

I am still getting calls from this number with them saying they are Allstate Insurance.  I contacted Allstate and they said that this is a scam as well.

They have been calling all week,  I didn't answer any of them, thanks to all your comments and this site they must be scamming

I've been receiving calls from these guys for several days.  I finally answered to see who it was.  A guy with an Indian accent said he was calling from All-State, and wanted to tell me about discounted insurance.  I told him my number was listed on "DO NOT CALL", and he shouldn't be calling me.  He tried to say this wasn't a sales call.  I disputed this.  He said "Ok, no problem", and went back to asking about discounted insurance.  I told him directly to remove my number from their list.  That was three days ago, and they are still calling. No, they never leave a message.

Let it go to voicemail and no message. Looked up the number and it was Penza which I never heard of before.

Two calls today. Both hangups when I answered. Our area (MA) is getting inundated with Solar groups trying to sell anything.
