Just started getting calls from this number on my cell. They never leave a message, but call at least twice a day. Can anyone tell me who this is? I don't answer unknowns, but they are starting to irritate!

Call and do not leave message....number is listed as disconnected....get these several times a day and late at night...

call me once, a lady said I owe vendor's money and ask me how to pay, I don't owe anyone then I hang off.

Calls my number 2-3 times every day for weeks.
Has been on caller block list from the start.
My phone rings once (as per all my blocked numbers).
Doesn't seem like they will ever give up.

They proclaimed to offer home repairs in my area and to be local.  They would not give out their address and phone numbers.  Said the name of their business is Home Improvements.   Definitely a foreign voice.  I asked to be removed from their call list.  They were rude and then hung up the phone.  When recalling the number, it comes back as disconnected.  They are not a reputable company and they keep calling my house.

Same [***] as everybody else here. They're super annoying/rude and when I asked to be taken off their call list yesterday, this morning I received another call.

The caller claimed to be someone from a home improvement 'something' and said I had won something. When I said to remove me from the marketing list and that my phone # was on the gov. do not call list, they hung up. When I called back 2 seconds later, an automated voice said it had been disconnected.
