Total scam call! Said they worked for credit card services. He had info about our discover cards and said we qualified for 6.99% interest rate. I called discover and they have no record of any special of this kind. Now I will have to call the credit bureaus about this incident. Also watch for 415-620-4312 and 1-866-505-6695. All apart of the same scam.

Total Scam, called my cell phone and said they worked for credit card services.  Wanted to lower my interest rate but would not give details, wanted my details. Be Warned!

Got a call, but only silence.  I tried calling back but only got "user busy."

got a call 5 minutes ago, nov 3, 2014.   message left about "we have information about your account," with no name of an account or a person, and then went on to say we can help you get your 29 percent interest down.   We have no accounts with 29 percent interest.  Scam most likely.

Call came in from a pre-recorded message, advising me that my credit card rates would be going up soon and I could lock in at a lower rate.  I've had these calls before, and know it's a scam, but this was my work phone so I pressed "1" to speak to a live person about the offer.  I was never connected to a person, and the line eventually went dead.

Since this is a Police Department phone, I was ready and willing to have a conversation with these people.  I am SERIOUSLY hoping they call back soon.... I'm feeling feisty !!

Just got this call from "Credit Card Services"... an indian kid who wanted all my credit card info and digits. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

This number called my cell phone while it was off, which it is almost always, because I only use it to call my wife.  I have never given it out to anyone so I wouldn't answer it unless it was my wife calling.  

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
