They left a msg for my husband threatening to revoke his drivers license if he doesn't appear on court and said they were gonna serve papers today between 11 and 3, which didn't happen. They left another number to call back 855-482-8041. All research points to a scam but I will be calling my county DA

Received a call from a foreign speaking person stating I have been approved for a 1000.00 loan.  I ask for the percentage rate and was told 10%  and monthly payments at 104.00 for 10 mos. She wanted to know if I wanted the loan or not and if so to give her a call back.  I called back and spoke with the same lady and ask the name of her company she stated the name of the company is { the personal loan company). I ask where are they located and was told not to call back because she has given me the information and will not give out any additional info.

These people have called three times this morning and hung up. On the fourth call, I said "Quit calling me" and hung up myself. We'll see if it works.

Probably time to buy a call blocker device, app, or phone.
Google "call blocker" to see the various types, and find one that best meets your needs.

These jerks call me INCESSANTLY! They started about a week ago, and it's getting to the point where they are calling me up to 15 times per day. Yesterday, around 4pm, they called for the fifth time in the day, and asked for "Amber." I said, "You have the wrong number." The guy said, "Are you sure you're not lying to me?" Well, it pissed me off, so I lit into him. Then he asked for my date of birth. I said, "Why would I give you my date of birth?" He said, as he laughed, "Because I want to be your boyfriend; that's why I want to know your date of birth." And I hung up on him. But, he called back seven more times last night.

I'm about to get the police involved.

    Sick of scams
Called me 3 times in a row, I finally called back and asked to be taken off their list. The man who answered said "@#$%^&&**" didn't understand a lick of what he said and he hung up. So I've put them on the reject call list on my phone, which you can do with any phone. Hold the # until you get pop up and you should have an option that says "add to  reject list"  click on that and the calls will go straight to hell.

Have received calls nonstop from this number. This occurred right after I did a transaction online. How do they get your info? The calls started yesterday. Today, I received at least 5 back to back calls.
    I don't answer & they don't leave a voicemail.

You've been scammed.  There is no loan.

Things to remember about loans offered by phone or e-mail:  (Pay  attention to item #4!)

    Loans
    1.    No reputable lender will lend you money over   the   phone.
    2.    No reputable lender will lend you money by e-mail
    3.    On-line lenders are nothing more than conduits for another loan scam.
    4.    Advance fees for loans are always illegal.    At  least in   most    American states.
    5.    If   you want to borrow money,   go to an established brick and mortar   lender that has been around awhile.
    6.    If you receive a call from someone with an Indian accent either a.  threatening you or b.  offering you something, you know it’s a scam and you should hang up immediately.
    7.    These people are predators, the calls are not random, they have information that they have bought from various sources and know your financial history.  If you have ever taken out a pay-day loan, they have all your information.  They know who they are calling.  They like to pick on women, single mothers, the elderly and sometimes  members of the immigrant community.   Also,  those who might be in financial difficulty.
    8.    Report them here: http://www.stopfraud.gov/report.html
    9.           And here:  http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx

8 times yesterday and 3 today. Today they called before 8am which is illegal. It's a foreign person with a heavy accent threatening to call the local authorities to serve me if I don't pay $1000. They say I owe the IRS. First off the I'm employed and the IRS will take their $, they will not call to ask for it. Scam. I have an iPhone so I just blocked.
