In 12 days I have gotten 7 calls from this number.  I am on the "NO CALL" list, why are they calling me!

I have gotten a call every day from this number or one close to it. I answered once and no one was there.

These people have called me multiple times a day over the last two weeks.  I have never answered, but am sick of these interruptions.  I am on no call list also, but common decency apparently seems to elude them.

Yes, I also have multiple hang ups from this number. Caller ID displays DF King as well. A Google search reveals there is a DF King company, but if you include the phone number from caller ID, nothing comes up. Very annoying, kinda spooky, like someone is calling your house to see if you are home again and again to see what your pattern is.

Calls have started up again. No message left.

I have received 1 to 2 calls a day for over 2 months. There is never a message left and if I answer, I am hung up on. My guess is this must be a torture machine someone has invented to call people and hang up on them... over... and over... and over... And when I call the number back it says it has been disconnected. It "has" to be a torture machine!

This company Df King is the most annoying phone soliciting I have ever encountered. They hand up on my machine, they hang up on me and the number they call from gives me a message "this number has been disconnected". It appears they are soliciting proxy waivers for investment companies. Maybe they hang up on me, because they are trying to reach my wife? But anyway, if you receive calls from them, look at your 401K or other investments. These are the companies paying DF King to harass you. I'm sure they have no idea how awful DF King practices are. So file a complaint with your investment company. If enough get through, hopefully, DF King will at least adopt civilized business practices.

Keep getting calls from this number.  I never answer it.  What good does it do to report this?  None as far as I can tell.

Does some good eventually not answering unknown numbers in any way.

They called but left no message, called them back anonymously, "# has been disconnected".  SCAM, BLOCK!

DF King is a proxy soliciting company looking to get your proxy votes registered for an upcoming shareholder's meeting for a stock you are registered as owning.  It is not spam or a scam.  They have been hired by the company of the stock and are merely trying to get the votes tied to the shares of stock you own so they will have a legal majority for whatever vote is to be held (usually it's for electing the company's board of directors, but not always).

I had been avoiding this number over the last week. They never leave a message. So today I pick it up and there's nothing on the line. I hang up, it rings again, nothing. So I leave it off the hook and in about 30 seconds a person comes on the line. They are representing an investment that I own and need me to place my proxy vote. All the info they had was legit and they did not ask for any personal info except my name (which they already had) and address which they already had 75% of. This was a legit call. They just have really bad way of presenting themselves.

We get calls from this number several times a day and into the night.  I tried calling them back but the message says this number is disconnected.  We are on the Do Not Call List and also have them blocked but the calls keep coming.

I learned what they were calling me for, so called my financial advisor. He said he would send my complaint up the ladder. After a few more calls, I looked up company web site and proceeded to send an email complaint directly to info@astfundsolutions. While composing the message, they called again and I answered and told the lady about what I was doing and why. I reminded her she may someday be elderly and not be able to tell the difference between a legitimate caller and a scam caller, and concluded with "Ask your parents about or grandparents if this is happening to them." She was quiet for a moment then said my number would be removed from their caller list. Then I finished my message, noting the above-mentioned interruption. A day later I received an email from the company's Executive Vice President who assured my number had been removed from their calling list.

Finally, I did issue my proxy vote, with a "No", figuring their was some hidden motive for the rush to get my vote.
