Keep finding this number on our caller ID. 718-487-1051 it says only NEW YORK for the name?

This number is repeatedly on our caller ID with the text showing NEW YORK. Have also been getting calls from 1-647-288-7825 saying CALL CENTER and 1-630-505-3008 saying KANTAR OPS. What the heck is going on? We are on the Do not call list and these telemarketers are coming out of the woodwork like termites!

Received a call from this number and was told it was a Dr.'s office calling with lab results for my boss. He had not had any tests done recently and I asked for more information. I was uncomfortable with the call and asked for a return phone number. They would not give me one. Told me they would call back if they didn't reach him.

Said they were doing a poll on tv shows.  Asked my age, then wanted to know my income bracket.  I hung up that that point.

Call received on 3/20/09.  Caller Id was New York, NY.  I will not answer any call if I do not know who the caller is.

I Have received two call from this number, Caller id lists it as RX Pharmacy. They never leave a message

Just got this call (1 of a thousand in past year) from this number, actually got a *69 result this time.  I dial back and recording asks me to enter access code.

They always claim they spoke with me months back about gold/silver/oil investment opportunities, they are very aggressive and argue with me.  This one rattled off my name, address, employer... starting to shake me.


DO I HAVE ANY LEGAL RECOURSE for this continued harassment?

I got a call from a friend in Toronto Canada. The caller ID showed 718-487-1051. I guess this must be telecom call termination company that re-routes calls.

We have about three different numbers calling us and now this one from Queens, New York has started calling. I am so sick and tired of looking at my caller ID and finding these numbers more times than my families' numbers. Something needs to be done!

Called my husband on his cell from our home phone and the caller id on his end showed this number. He asked if I had dialed any differently then I normaly would, and I didn't. Thought that was strange!

Wow you are so right. They call two to three times a day. There has to be something done about these telemarketers.

Got a call on phone with caller id, Called number back and as soon as it answered wanted authorization code.  What the hell?

This number keeps showing up on my caller ID.Don't know who it is.

Asked to speak to my husband - I told her he was out and there was never a response from her. Kinda like she hung up after asking to speak to him. My caller Id only had New York and the number.
