Like for the past three years...this call was my final notice to reduce my interest rates.  Is there anyway to stop these robo calls?  This is the one that aggrivates me the most.  I've told them I'm on the do not call list...to which they hang up.  I've asked them to remove my number from their calling list...to which they hang up...and I've pushed 3 to remove my number from their calling list.  What else can I do?????????

We NEVER answer UNKNOWN telephone calls - nether should YOU!  These calls are always scams.
Folks - go to Amazon and purchase a blocking device that can block these our-of-state area codes.  We have all of Florida, Texass and New York area codes blocked.
Their call was blocked BEFORE they robodialed our number and our phones do not ring - not even once.

My problem is they always call my cell phone, which doesn't have blocking or "no ring" ability. Therefore, I just reject the call and report their latest fake number to the DNC list.

SCAM -- Bridgette replaced Rachel at card services --- robo call -- last chance to lower my interest rates.
There is n o way to stop these calls. I have been in touch with the FCC --- these are spoofed numbers --- not the actual caller ID -- they have not been able to catch these morons.

Knew it was a garbage call as soon as I saw where it was coming from, NY rang 4 times then quit, that's usually their mode of garbage because if it were important a msg would have been left on answering machine but that was not the case.
That number is now blocked and therefore I will not hear it ring the next time because the phone will hang up on the sh-t heads on the first ring next time and the only way I knw that the morons have called is to look on the phone log.

I don't know anything about this number.  I did not pick up, but I have a call record I can consult through my carrier.  All that I know about this number comes from reading the information posted here.  I get loads of out-of-state robo-calls and would like to stop them.

If they're calling a landline, there is a device that you can connect to your phone that makes that three toned noise that you hear when you get it out of service number what that does is remove your phone from those Robo callers it zaps your phone number out of their system. You don't make that sound every time you pick up the phone to answer your call but it's worth it because that tone when you answer one of those calls actually Zaps your phone number from their computer. It's called the phone zapper and some phones have it built into them but only land lines

Last chance to lower interest rates. This crap is getting ridiculous.

I answered when this number called and the man on the phone asked me if he could perform oral sex on me. I immediately hung up.

6 months of answering machine messages.  Never have reached an actual person when calling back.  Have left messages informing them I'm on the national do not call registry.  They never seem to call when I'm actually here.

I've gotten soooo many calls front Heather, now Brigitte, from Account Services to lower Cr. Card interest. They've used various phone numbers, Co. names. "Consumer Advocate" actually looks harmless to answer. This is a valid callback number, so we should all report it to FCC as a scam. They called at 3:50pm.

This is a real call center number. Report them to FCC (not FCC) and your state Attorney General.

They must be on a roll. This is a new prefix.  The last prefix was 347  374  360 425 this has been going on for a few years. I have played with them but it does no good. I get so many calls that I have a notebook with the numbers and scam. I have listed with area codes starting at 200 with a page for each. There is also a web site that gives you all area codes plus those that are not assigned that scammers also use. I have no spoof calls from area code 700 must be new ground. Thank you all for posting. I decided to keep track so that I did not have to keep looking up who called.

These people are annoying. Received several calls from this number. I don't answer these calls. Something new, or new to me, is they have started spoofing  my own landline number.  I hope these scammers rot in hell.
