Just called on 03/26/2016.  This number showed in caller I. D. as New York, NY.  I never answered, but there was no message left.  The party never let my greeting message complete.  Obvious scammer or telemarketer.  Important callers usually leave a message.

When answered the phone, caller was a female who spoke in a foreign accent. Wanted to speak with my husband, but would not ID herself or the company they represented.

Robo call today at 9:30 AM – Robo machine voice stated that I was getting a callback for information that I requested regarding some medical product that I saw on TV---- There are multiple indicators of this being a scam call:

1--I never made a request for more information about a TV advertised medical product, so the robo message was a lie
2-- Instead of listing the actual name of the company, the caller ID name was just listed as New York to hide the caller’s identity
3—I pushed 1 to talk with human being and warn the caller that they had violated the law as my number is federal National Do Not Call Registry ---- The woman answering the call hung up on my initial mid-sentence ---- Her rude hang-up makes it rather obvious that the company was not interested in correcting it’s federal law violation.

Given the rude behavior of the woman answer the call, this one is going to be reported as a violation of the  National Do Not Call Registry

the message was dead air.

Lady said she want to leave information on a commercial that I had requested.  I made no such request.

These scumbags said called with information I requested for a brace completely covered by Medicare. No cost to me. With garbage like this causing Medicare Fraud it's no wonder it's going broke.   STOP MEDICARE FRAUD !!!!!!

Caller was male, heavy Indian or Middle Eastern Accent.  Was able to engage in conversation...stated he was from Medicare and that they were working to provide Medicare recipients with a cell phone.  I (as a retired hospice nurse and knowledgeable of Medicare programs) saw through the BS in his story, and continued the query as long as possible.  He finally hung up when I got him to say he was a Medicare employee.  I was successful in reporting this bovine refuse artist to Medicare and the Office of the Inspector General. Who stated they WILL investigate! Yea!

Call started out with a lie:  "this is the return call you requested...." about a back brace.  I made no such request.  Woman's voice.  Blocked now.

How do I get rid of a "Back Brace" caller, who said I ask about the item and I have not. Is automated call and  is 718-509-6985. I have hung up as figure a scam! So how do I block that caller? They keep calling!

This is the fourth spoof number these scum have used this month. As they become more aggressive so should some authority. Do Not Call is useless because they depend on cooperation from legitimate firms. These scum must be hunted down, beaten to a pulp and then, if possible, prosecuted. Other posters at other numbers these sewer rates have used think it's all about Medicare fraud as they pitch all kinds of braces. Don't know if that's true but it sure sounds like it.

When is the FCC or even Mrdicare try to do something about these criminals! I have gotten over 600 Scammer calls over the last 7 months.  What about the people they do scam! Sad!

Got  a call from this number.They started to leave a message on voicemail. Then stopped. I beleive they called before about a back brace from medicare.

Medicare fraud call.  Pressed 1 to speak with someone.  The liar on the other end informed me that I was on Medicare, right?  I said no.  He then asked if there was someone else in the household on Medicare.  I told him, just my dog.  The dumb idiot actually asked to speak to my dog.  So I said just a moment and held the phone over to my dog.  After a moment I told him he won't talk, he's just wagging his tale.  What a moron.

Got a call from them also, said callback that I requested regarding a back brace - false! Said to press 2 to get off list - when I pressed 2, some woman answered, I hung up. Not only  scam, but a really inept one!

The Caller ID says "New York, NY". This call went to Voice Mail. There was no massage, but the noise in the background was clearly a very busy call center. I also got a message yesterday noted as "New York, NY" but from a different number and No Message. (917-524-7919 ) I am assuming that they are the same people.
