Randomly called and left a voicemail but there was no speaking in the voicemail

I answer the call but nobody talk. One call only today 01-23-2014

I received an automated cold call regarding my car insurance.  I don't even have a car!  Where the heck did they get my cell phone number?

This number has called me 3 times in the past week and every time I call back the number is busy.

What is that?

They have called me repeatedly regarding car insurance and although I have called back and opted out, They keep calling. So far 4 times in the past month. I do not own a car nor have a driver's license and they are calling on my cellphone, which is very irritating.

I keep getting calls and even a google hangout call from this number!

I never get calls on this cell phone #, let alone a call from a telemarketer which I have no dealings with.  Never talked to nor done business

A Girl call from this number And said my insurance for a car will reduced .She said her name is Anny. Asking about my zip cod Where I live . I said They have all information about. But She still asking. I thing wants more information about a people for a bad things.

I got a call from 718-690-3381, due to changes in 2014, you can save lot of money on car insurance, I asked which company she works for, she said - something like national auto insurance company works for geico, allstate and one more.

Second question Do you want to save money on car insurance, I said yes, then she asked me about the zip code, I gave my mine, and she said thank you and hung up, weird call.

Amy called. She was talking about car insurance.
I told her: "This number is on the DO NOT CALL LIST, and I am going to report you."
She hung up.
If everyone who receives these calls would do the same, we all would get fewer junk calls.

How did this place get my cell phone number

This guy called and asked for me by name. He jumbled his words together and asked me to verify information for a reduction in my car insurance. He knew my zip code, my car insurance carrier, the year of my car but had some incorrect information as well. He asked for my age and DOB. He talked so fast I couldn't get him to repeat who he was and what company he was from. He said something about receiving a text message and a call and then hung up. When I tried to call the number back, 751-489-3241, it would say "the number or code you have dialed is incorrect, please check the number and code and try again". I don't feel at ease about what just happened. Can they use my information in any way to scam me?

Someone is abusing
