Hey i recieved a message on ma number , message was from law firm initiating and creating awareness about the case of pay dayloan which i thought i paid it but it wasnt.These Guys helped me out to clear out my payday loan with an NOC Certificate.

I appreciate the services being provided by these law firms that we stay secure from the scams going around.

Don't forget to call them back they are legitimate people.

Please dont be fooled.  First post is from the criminals themselves.  They change names and numbers but mo is the same.  Heavy indian accent. Says you committed a crime.send money or go to jail.  Please dont send money.  Report it to local police and ftc.

This Indian guy has called me over 3 dozen times, each time with a different name and telephone number. He is very rude as well. I don't know who he is or what he wants. Today he left me a message saying he was calling from the United Financial Crime Department. One other time, he called and cursed me out through my voicemail. Again, I don't know what he wants - I read above something about a Payday loan. I have never had one of those so I am confused. I am getting ready to file a police report against this number (718)709-5956 today and I am contacting the BBD as well. If anyone has any further information, please post as I will be checking this site daily. My last nerve is being worked over this situation and they are calling my place of employment.

This is a total scam.  They have been doing this about a year this the second time I started getting.  They have called me about 10 times.  Don't call them back.  They have stolen information from application you completed online.  They have your social and reference info.  They both female and male indian accents.  They saying you have committed 3 accounts fraud.  Even if you did owe them (which you dont ) what they are doing is illegal.  Call your police and report to federal trade commission.

These people are scam artists who have stolen your bank information from any Bank Of America you
might have had within the past 2 years. They only know you last 4 digits of you Social security number,
last four digits of your bank account # and any contact info you had from Bank Of America for emergency purposes. Please do not give out any account information, contactsor debit info.
That's all they want. Report to Police dept.and FTC. and Verizon.

This is a scam....these are heavy Indian accents and are people that are using scare tactics and such. The number came up on my phone weird...3 digits-3digits-3digits. (052-575-474) then told me to call the 718 number.
I did not reply.

Well yesterday a Kevin Thomas called and today he claimed to be someone else. He told me to call (718)709-5956 yesterday and (760)514-0132 today. I called the 760 number today (Blocked my number of course) and the man that picked up was so rude, told me they were a lawfirm but didn't want to give me any information. If you call them back and tell them that your attorney will be contacting them and you have already read online that this is a scam and that they change their numbers daily and their name the person you called will get very very pissed and cuss you out but the calls will stop. I have never received a payday loan and the only one i did was a mistake and they took the money back b/c i did not have direct deposit so it was their mistake. Don't fall for these people; if you think you have any allegations against you just simply go to your clerk of courts office or online and check out your name. They changed their story and said my job was involved.. lol I would have been the first to know on that one! DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!!!!!!

these people called me saying i had a payday loan and listed all my information to me and he was very rude as hell told me if i dont pay them they will press charges against me and make it so i wont be able to get anything under my social i had to close out all my accounts lets try and stop these people.

Good to know I'm not alone.  These people called me today and have been calling me for months.  When I finally picked up told me his name was Jeff something from United Financial Crime Dept. lol, couldn't make out the last name because of his heavy indian accent, told me he was taking me to court for a payday loan.  I have taken them out in the past and have paid them all off that is why I know this is a scam.  Especially when u start to ask them questions they get nervous and tongue twisted and don't give you any info. other than pay or else they are taking you to court or the cops will be coming to your house tomorrow by 5PM lol. Or is that all they get very angry and end up hanging up on you.. Of course I made the report to the FTC and FBI website.. I keep getting calls from this foreinger, that says he is from a lawyer and with a lawfirm, calls me at work, i have been warned with this caller. When i pick up the phone, he says he has talked to me in the same day, and needs to talk to me. If i dont talk to him, I will pay for all the lawyer fees. This has to be a prank. I checked out the number he used. He uses a different name each time, and personally if i loose my job, i need not to saymore. I have contacted the FTC, BBB, and i think the next time i talk to him, I am going to tell him that his phone number is being reported to the police, and see if that stops it.

Yes this same number 7187095956 keeps calling me or another number like it keeps calling  saying I owe on a payday Loan from cashnetusa through US NAtional Bank. They told me that that company deposited on 3/18/2010 . So I called my bank to search it and they had no record of it ,even the amount the company nothing .So I told the man with the Indian ascent my bank as no knowledge of a deposit and they had the nerve to tell me the bank could have made a mistake, I said no you are making a mistake the bank searched it 3 times for me. They are scamming people and I am glad I searched this number. Now I have to contact the Credit Bureau .

Just call them back and start asking them for money its what i did... and they always say how about you f*** you mother sir.. or call them indian and they will get offended and say dont call me indian sir im from singapore blah blah blah.... just amke sure you report all numbers they use to the FBI because they will be able to track what country it is coming from or where the computers are located... just dont be stupid and pay them just let them know you know its a scam they will get mad real qucik and stop....

I just got 3 calls from that number within 15 minutes! I am so glad I read this because I was about to call back.

I got a call from a guy named jeff clark talking about i owed money to pay day loan. he had a indian accent and talked very rude to me. he asked me to pay 100 dollars of the 300 dollars i supposedly owed or i'd be arrested and taken to court. i glad i googled this number to see that this was all a scam.
