    Sounds like the call comes from a call center.  I didn't give them time to run their scam and told them to remove me from their list. Also blocked them.

    Call always disconnects when I pick up, I called back and got through after the 3rd try. Sounds like some sort of spam promotional spa treatment, couldn't really understand with the guy's heavy accent.

    File a formal complaint with the FTC. It is beyond the scope of the FCC. We have a government agency to protect us from this sort of gangland shakedown style harassment. Apparently their second round.

    This company calls daily.  When I answer they hang up.  I blocked it yesterday but it came through today.  After 2 rings it was cut off.  718 is a local area code for me, however, my phone log indicates that the call is from Russia.
