They are a predatory caller. They have repeatedly called and harassed my children and my wife.

I have received many calls from this number, claiming that they are a debt relief agency.  When I told the caller 5 minutes ago to take me off the call list, he asked why I was so f...ing hostile!!!  I hung up... How can we report this?  And to whom?

Just called - Cellular Call 718-755-4985.  They've called before.

Someone from this number called last night as I was heading to an appointment.  They said "We just need 45 minutes of your time, can't you spare that?"  I said "No, I can't..." and hung up.
In the past 5 minutes they have called 6 times!  I hit "ignore" on my phone the first two times because I was feeding the baby and trying to get him to sleep.  He kept calling back so I answered the 3rd.  He was very snotty saying "You keep disconnecting..."  I said "No, I wasn't answering because I am in the middle of something and can't talk, you can leave a voice mail or stop calling"  And I hung up.
He called back 6 more times in the course of about 2 minutes!!!!!!  
If we needed debt relief, it sure as heck wouldnt' be thru this company!!! EVER!!!

My office just received a call from this number.  My staff told me the caller had a thick "foreign accent" -not sure what nationality.  He asked for me first.  When my staff said I was unavailable at the moment, he asked for my daughter.  My daughter doesn't work here.  Then he hung.

these people are crazy!! They have been harrasing me!! We have got to be able to do something about this!!!

They just called me when I asked to be removed from their call list, the lady said "can you tell me what your problem is?"

Definitely rude. Told them I am on Do Not Call list and the response was "that does not matter".

recieved phone call from 4 different numbers with answer ask for somone then hang up

He told me his name, it was Indian (India) and that he was from Blue Star Financial. His company would pay off my 100% of credit card debt. Then I would pay them 60% of whatever I owed. His fees were in the 60%. He danced around the crater impact to my credit score and when pressed for a web site he hung up. This is a sales call, it IS in violation of the federal Do Not Call laws. His number was 718-755-4985

And Blue Star Financial guy is masking his number with a cell phone that is in non-working order. So your caller ID is reporting a false number.

told a guy w/ heavy oriental accent I wasn't interested. I asked him not to call again and take me off of any list he had. He called back 9 times in a row until I started swearing at him and threatening legal action

This guy has called minimum 10 times, last night when I asked what company he was calling from, he said to me, "what company is this", in a nanny nanny boo boo, voice and then very hateful said "Get Lost" and hung up on me. I am livid, cant a company get into trouble if they call three times after asking them to take your number off the list? I thought they get fined or have to pay the consumer- maybe if that is the case- I can pay off some of my debt.

The guy said his name was Andrew from Blue Star.  When I got his information and told him he was violating the no call, he laugh and laughed and said he didn't give a damn about the no call list and not to threaten him.  He asked me what my registration number is for the no-call.  I reported him to the Attorney General.  What a loser jerk he was.

Get these calls all the time..........tell them to stop

This guy called, I told him I wasn';t interested in whatever he had to offer, then hung up.  He called back and told me "that was very bad of you."  LOL  I told him that he called MY HOUSE and I can refuse to talk to him if I want.  I hung up.  He called about 6 more times after that and hung up when he got the machine.

It must be some guy who gets his kicks out of being yelled at.

I got this mesage a few minutesago. I pressed him for whch credit cards he was talking about...he said it was all of them together...Well he could not tell me...then I said I do not have any credt cards and to take me of his list...(I really do not have any credit cards...) I will go on to th fcc website to file a complaint.

WRITE LETTERS that is your only hope

I have received several calls from this number. The first time they said they were from Blue Star Financial. I informed them I was on the national Do-Not-Call registry and to please stop calling.  They also told me they didn't care and they still continue to call. I filed a complaint with the FCC.
