SOMEONE TRYING TO SELL A VEHICLE FROM WESTERN CANADA WHO LIVES IN NEW YORK.
SOME WHAT SUSPICIOUS!

SOMEONE TELLING ME I GOT A GRANT. FISHING FOR INFORMATION.

Told me he wanted to list our business on google. He said he was not a sales call but then went right into his sales pitch.

practically unintelligible call. told them they had wrong number and was cursed.

got a call saying they were from Microsoft and that my computer was sending corrupt files to the internet and they asked me to let them access  to fix my computer.

I told them I didnt have internet for the last 6 months and that my computer couldnt be sending corrupt files they told me they could see my computer was online at this moment and if I didnt let them have access the RCMP  and microsoft lawyers would be in contact. I told them I didnt have internet at this moment and they said that their lawyers would be in contact.

Call came in on business line Caller ID said PayPhone didn't answer.

I got a similar call, needed access to my computer, Indian fellow from "Microsoft."

got this call thought is was suspicious clearly I was right, thank goodness for google!

Same thing. Mine said "PAYPHONE"

phoned many times saying that my Microsoft PC is sending them signals that it's broken and they are going to help me. lol
When I said I don't use Microsoft, the guy said I should stop insulting him and hung up. wow!

Called and said he was from Microsoft.  I told him it was an inappropriate time for this type of call (10:30 on a Sunday night) and was asked if it was an appropriate time to 'f**k you'.  I thought I misheard so I asked him to repeat and he said 'would this be an appropriate time to f***k you.'  I hung up.  Brutal.

identified as a pay phone unable to identify who it was, had an India accent, kept asking if my name was and then hung up when I wouldn't give any information.

Got call from this number..hooked up to remote desktop site...ran check of number after...discovered it was a scam.. Beware!

Third call in the past couple of weeks from this number - always around 12:30am. Wakes us up but we don't answer.

Person with what sounded like an Indian accent said they were calling from the US Grants Department.  She stated I was getting $7,000 and wanted to verify personal information about me.

International call came up on my phone. A guy with an Indian accent mentioned something about Microsoft and my computer sending out malicious virusus. I told him "No I Don't". He called me a
"Motherf****r" and hung up.

Had an east Indian man call saying my computer was sending viruses through my email, I told them "i find that odd because i don't have a computer" he then asked "why don't you have a computer?" and proceeds to tell me "I do have one and its sending virus' through my e-mail" I argued "I do not have a computer" and asked to speak to their manger as this call was suspicious and when he returns on the phone he proceeds to ask "why is this call suspicious" and I replied "because I don't have a computer and how would my phone number be in reference to you?" all he says is "thankyou maam' have a good day". He said the company he works for was called "ABC Solutions".. An odd call from New York to Canada

Got same message. Told him I was not at home to access my computer. He wanted to call back so I told him that would not be necessary, and hung up.
