Caller ID read:  NWYRCYZN11 NY 718-819-7285.  Man with hevy accent called asking for employee stated he was an officer of the law(yeah ok).  I just said no and hung up.  I think this is linked to the title loan scams.

While typing this man called back again asking for employee again.  I said sure ill connect what is your companies name?  He said Cashnetworks is the company and i said thanks but no i wouldnt be able to connect you this is a business and hung up on him.

I also recieved a phone call similar to Karen's phone call.  I have had a person with a heavy accented voice call me, giving me all of my info such as my name, phone number, address, ss number, email address.  He said that I owed a company a sum amount of money.  I really couldnt understand the company's name nor the amount owed, but I do know that he said that if I wanted to resolve the matter it would cost me $300 and sum dollars.  I had to change my account number to my bank account and do a fraud detection against my ss number and my credit report.  He also said that he would take action against my ss number with my local athorities.  Today he called an left a message saying that we need to resolve this and the warrent for my aresst was filed. The first time when he called I said that I am not paying you anything for something that I have no knowledge of.  Then I told him that I wasnt going to pay him any money and that I had a lawyer and he said he was an attorney for a collection agency. After I gave him a piece of my mind he got angry and said thank you and hung up the phone.

My husband had the same thing happen to him even had his ssn and everything turns out they got his info from a payday loan (we cant figure out what one we were dealing with3 businesses) he was looking into getting. We never got the loan but still after 3 months we r getting calls from these ppl saying we owe them money anywhere from 200 $ to 400$

how is this man getting his info..he his harsassing me too?

Yes, I also got a call, Her name was Tracy Wilson, I called back and the person at the other end did not sound familiar, So I said wrong # and hung up. Then I got the same call again, my coworker got the call and they asked for me however he didn't have my first name correct. When it was transfered over This guy Sam Wilson got on the phone and stated that isn't your social this # and he also had my work #. I did apply to for a payday loan and my work and social were on there. He I am calling the cops to have you arrested. I know where you work and hung up.

I rec have been receiving a call from thius number for days but always declined taking to them but today I did. The first guy that called stated that he was a trying to contact me can I hold one moment for my supervisor but it appeared to me to be the same voice on the line.=, but the guy  said his name was Sam and that he had paperwork on his desk that I borrowed money in Jan 2011 $300.00 he stated all my info just know I did apply for a loan online but I didnt completed the process cause i changed my mind. He told me that the police and FBI was going to be here in 2-3hr to arrest me then he stated that they are going to come to my job and arrest me and i will lose my job and be in jail for 6 months.

I begin to argue with him then he became mad and hung-up. I called back and  I argue some more, he hung up again then my husband called back and he hung up in my husband face.

Please beaware of this number calling you.

I also went to the police, they called from my cell. When Officier Identify themself, All the man wanted was a badge number , stating he wanted to verfiy that it was a real officier. The officier gave name and city and told them to look it up online but Sam just kept asking for bagde number police told him, oh  this must be a scam and you will be here back from us and hung up.

I have been getting calls for three days.  Sam Wilson, Nick Stewart or today Ricky Martin are the names they give.  Very rude, pushy, threatening, demanding, insulting and just plain mean.  I just came back from lunch and a couple of my coworkers came to me saying Ricky Martin called and the police were coming to arrest me.  I would be in jail for two months.  This is so scary.  I am calling the police to report them.

Once you have argued with the guy and he gets mad and hangs up do the calls ever stop?

seems like this will never end.. can they be tracked down?

i have recieved lots of calls from a man names frank miller saying i owed money for a cash loan put in my account ...not on only that  he was rude and got caught up in his lies the more he talked. Not to mention they have my ss # and have been taking money from my account. I am now dealing with police and my bank to find out what is going on. it has affected everything  i have. If you have any ideas how to help ..id  love to know.

Phone company said it is "spoofing". He is calling from a number that is different from the number showing on caller id, so there is no way to block him either. :(

I have been getting sooooo many call from them for a year now!!! up till now i always forwarded their calls and never listened to there messages, once i heard there voice i just deleted message without listening to the rest of it. I decided to listen to a message recently and they said this is officer sam (something) cant really understand message, and that he has been trying to get ahold of me to resolve this issue with the payday loan from dec 2010, if i dont call back with in 10 min the local cops will be at my door and i will go behind bars for 6 months and lose my house and job! and at the end he says have a nice worried day! so i decided to call back and i said how unprofessional they are and told them not to leave messages like that! he then went into the story about cashnet and what i owe and i need to pay half at least today or he will pass my account off to the attorney generals office and there will be a warrent for my arrest and that i will end up paying them alot of money..... i at first thought this was real cause i did take out a 300 cashnet loan in dec 2010, but i since contacted cashnet and they gave me the number that has my account and said no dont listen to them! so when i told them i dont have the money he said to cell my fridge and washer to get it! i told him never to call me again, he said i will call as many times as i wont! i hung up he called back 15 times in a row with the 718 number and 1911 comes up on my phone and that is also them! i answered again and i said the i have cops here tracing him and he said o please do how long should i talk and then told me i have all i need from you and gave me my ssn and drivers licence number and address, then asked if im black!!!! i said some things to him and he gets very angry and calls me a black [***]!!! (im white but didnt let him know that)  scary! i hung up on him then and about 3 house later almost 8pm he calls i answer and say what and he says I WONT YOU NOW!  i hung up! what am i soppose to do seems like its happening to alot more people!!!!

this also happened to my mother and father please be careful this man is now callin makin threats on my mothers life he has all there information address and everything he told her she looks good in red and that she was going to die tonight for everyone he is callin please be careful he sounds very crazy and he has scared my family with his threats.

My husband has been receiving these calls as well. He talked to them for the first time yesterday 8/4/11 and they stated his FULL social security number and proceeded to tell him that he has some serious allegations against his social. He asked what they were talking about and the guy went on saying that he was going to draw up an affidavit for him to sign. My husband said that he was not going to sign anything and hung up. This call came from 909-565-4287. I of course looked this number up online and it happens to be in the list of fraudulent calls. Today 8/5/11 my husband receives yet another call, this time from 718-819-7285 telling him the same line that if he doesn't get this taken care of, they will have the police out to arrest him. He went to the State Police barracks and reported this. The officer called the numbers from my husbands cell phone and explained that he was an officer of the law. The guy on the other line asked for his badge number. The officer of course gave it to him. The man on the line proceeded to tell the officer that my husband has to call the American Loan Investigative Department of California to get this straightened out. My husband said that the line went quiet and the officer said hello and they hung up. After the guy hung up on the officer, they called my husband back while he was talking to the officer. This time they told him that he better pay the $300 owed or they were going to have the local police at our house to arrest him tonight. My husband of course hung up on them. So I decided to take it upon myself to call these 2 numbers to see what they say...well the heavy accent guy was telling me to f off and f you calling me a b****. So finally I yelled at him and told him that he was a fraudster and to stop harrassing my husband. With all this said, yes we did take out a pay day loan back in March through My Next Day Cash for $200 and the payments are directly taken from my account each pay day. These people have my husbands name, address, phone number, employer name and number, social security number, and MY bank account number. I am so disgusted with this company. I am sorry for ever taking out a pay day loan. Granted its not the company that I took it from, but now I know better...

SCAMMERS!!!!!  

This man has called my place of business asking for another employee weekly/daily for the last few months.  I screen all calls and inform him every time that we do not accept personal phone calls at work.  This person (I don't think he qualifies as a man) decided today when I told him again to put this number on the do not call list to actually cuss at me.  Saying F**k you.  I almost laughed.  It was like he googled how to cuss in English!!!  Then he called me a F****ing B***h.  I had to put it on speaker phone for the rest of my coworkers to get a great laugh!!!!  Regardless, this person has, in past calls, given me the Kansas City Police Department address as thiers.  I googled it and then called them back to double check the address.  When I asked why they are giving me the police department's address, he said they were a part of law enforcement.  I decided to then CALL the Kansas City Police Dept. and talked with an officer.  I gave the number and when he called to verify their address, they stated they don't give out that information. (Gotta love the fact they have caller id!)  Regardless, these people are scammers and will not stop!  I have filed a complaint with the FTC and will again file another complaint.

I just got a second call from this number (Actually the first call last week was from 877-228-2338) from a guy with a really thick accent telling me that my friend had commited internet fraud by taking out a loan and didn't pay it back. They were calling me because the said friend had used me as a reference. After this the guy said he was handing me over to his manager, but it sounded like the same guy.

They told me to have my friend call "Jeff" at the 718-819-7285 number. I asked "You got a last name Jeff?" And he got angry and started telling me that if my friend didn't settle this matter we'd both have to appear in court.

same problem as everyone else except when this man with the heavy accent called my fiance and got mad cuz she said he was harassing her he started talking dirty to her over the phone and said he was going to put his you know up her you know what.  So she stopped taking this persons calls so a voicemail was left and he really got very descriptive about what he wanted to do to her when he met her.  Now I have to keep the gun out just in case this guy is serious.  Been trying to find an address or someway to figure how to get the cops to take this as a serious threat.  cant do anything about it if you cant find the person

Every three months I get a call from them and he tells me I am going to jail. He today he was a cop. He wants money and tells me I owe him. I have never taken out a pay day loan he is a rude jerk. By him I have several warrents and the police are on their way here.
