Has called multiple times. Never leaves a message. Hear elevator music if I try to return the call. No one picked up. Just music.

No answer when I picked up.  Did not bother to call back

tried answering, they hung up

keeps calling, won't leave messsage

This Number has called my Phone 7 times now in Six Weeks, I never answer it and they never leave message. I have called it back from a land line and get music right away. Then a person picks up saying they are from time warner cable. I hang up after that. I have time warner for internet and they are lucky I use them for that.  Told them many times I am not interested.  Not sure if this is a ligit call.

first they called saying I owed loan money, the next time they said they were from time warner

They called me about expanding my college. I told them I was I was interested in criminal justice and I told them I was still in school. Then the guy told me to call them when I graduate and hung up on me before I could say anything. Defiantly a scam
