- in nycI saw "Pharmacy" on the caller id and thought maybe it was for my one of my kids who recently went to the doctor but we were not waiting for any prescriptions. I thought maybe it's just a wrong number and there would be no harm in picking up. I said hello and a man asked for me by name. I didn't say yes I asked who is this, and he said it's the pharmacy and I said he had the wrong number and I hung up.
I tried calling back when I realized he did not say which pharmacy but when I called back the phone didn't even ring, dead air. I'm not worried. There are a few people around my neighborhood with the same name as me.- Caller: pharmacy

- 3GA78This morning I called my pharmacy to have two prescriptions refilled. After I called in my prescriptions I stepped outside for not even 5 minutes. When I came back into the house I had a phone message. The voice was a man with a heavy mid eastern accent. He said that he was with Pharmacy and asked for my husband by name. The number did not look right so I called MY pharmacy who I had just left a message for refills. My pharmacy told me they had no affiliation with the number who called me. They did tell me however, they received my request for my two refills. I tried to go into 800notes.com which I usually do if I do not recognize a number. Somehow I was blocked from getting into this site. So I decided to take the chance and call the number 718-971-9353. They said they were Pharmacy who sold diabetic supplies and asked if I was a patient of theirs. What was strange, they knew my name and my husband’s name. They should have been able to see we were not patients of theirs. The woman I spoke to had a Spanish accent and very short with me. I told her to calm down and let ME finish speaking. She said it must had been a misdial. I told her I had never gotten a call from this number before and wasn’t it ironic not even 5 minutes after I had called my prescriptions in I received a call from this number. The woman told me it must have been a coincidence. In the meantime, I cleaned out my browser and shut my computer down and then signed back on. Then I was able to get into the 800notes site and saw what others had experienced with this number. I am also on the "DO NOT CALL REGISTRY". Hmmmm Thank you 800notes.com for your site.
