this number called my wife's cell phone and mine afew times. with me it never left a message but it left a 'you won a trip plus 2k spending dollars' message on 8/21/12.

It told me to press 1 to claim a free Cancun vacation with 2,000 dollars in spending cash. I smell a scam, don't press 1 just hang up. 8/22/2012

"WCA" customer service is what they called themselves.

It is WCA subscriber place press one to be removed

This # has been calling me since Sept!!  Because it doesn't show you is calling me I won't answer.  Never leaves a vm.  I've also reported this # to be put on the do not call list, but it obviously hasn't done a damn bit of good!  

When there is a service inviting people to use so we can stop these annoying calls, what's the point when you still get them???

They called me from this number to my company to say that they found some "tax and state tax problems" with my company.  Left the number and asked me to call back, which I never did.

They claim to be from Phoenix Financial and that they can help me remove tax liens or stop tax levies on my account. Well , the funny thing is I don't have any! I filled out a supposed focus group ad a few days prior saying I had them but I don't. And here these idiots claim I do and that it's public record and that's how they got my unlisted number. It's a huge scam! And they are very aggressive and rude.
