I received two phone calls from 719.280.0403, one during the day and the other late at night. I didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message.

If this number calls one more time in fifteen minutes I'll find who has it and put them in the dirt this is not a joke, is this understood!!!!!

What if they call TWICE in the next 20 minutes?

What about 3 times in 10 minutes?

Received from 719-280-0403, at 3:19PM, on 03/21/2016, and didn't answer, called back from Caller ID – Message was:

“Hello and thank you for calling, if you would like to be placed on  a 'Do Not Call List' for the Number that Called you Press '1' Now, then said we Apologize for any Inconvenience, please allow 46 Business Hours for your request to be Processed”.

They didn't leave a message, but keep calling.

Received 2 calls today.  Didn't answer.  Didn't leave VM either time.

This number has called me three times today! Zero voicemails

Yes, got a call on cell phone didn't answer and blocked further calls. Friday night 7:20.

Got a call from this number and I answered. They said it was homeland security although it sounded like an automated answering robot.

Multiple calls, answered once and there was nothing on the line.

Got call again from 719-280-0403 at 09:05PM MST, 04/08/2016, didn't answer - so it was Logged onto my MagicJack Caller I.D. -   OR call back  this time, only to be put on a fake "Do Not Call List', as doing so apparently just "Confirms" to these "Scumbucket Con Artist  Freaks", that they did get a legitimate number  - so I just Posted the Number next to my Phone to automatically remind me that these are "Screwed up Freaks" calling so NEVER even call back.

Received from 719-280-0403, at 9:39AM, on 04/22/2016, and didn't answer, called back from My Caller ID – the Message was:

“Hello and thank you for calling, if you would like to be placed on  a 'Do Not Call List' for the Number that Called you Press '1'.

Now, but I didn't “Fall for it and ”press ”1”, because the last time I “Fell for it” and “Pressed 1”, it just said “We Apologize for any Inconvenience, please allow 46 Business Hours for your request to be Processed” - but the “Spam, Scam, Con Artist, Terrorist Calls” keep coming in every now and then.

So, it's great to have Caller I.D. to flag these numbers so that one knows they're B.S. and don't answer – of course putting them on the “Government National Do Not Call Registry” is worthless and doesn't work either.

Answered, and after saying Hello 3-4 times a woman came on the line. She introduced herself from some home security company and asked how I was doing. I asked if this was a soliciting call (so I could then let them know I was on the DNC list). She hesitated, then said "Good" and continued to read the scrip. I interrupted her and asked again if this was a soliciting call and she didn't respond.  I then said I am on the DNC list, you need to take me off your call list.  I told her that 3 times as she kept trying to read from a script and never responded to me. She then hung up.

They have called me at least 20 times.  I just blocked them.
