Wants to rent my timeshar

Left a message that they had rented my timeshare for $3600. I needed to call to confirm.  I don't have it up for rent.

Same call.  They got my name from a broker.  No upfront fee to list.

9:46am received a call from 978-570-2369.  I did not pick up and they left a message: "We have ? for time share week for $3600 please call 719-313-5911 to confirm." Then a repeat of that message.  The caller ID
said "Service Call".  AND the number they asked me to call 719-313-5911 (which I did not) was NOT the number on the caller ID!

On Monday 3/15/10 at 1441R, my message machine recorded: "We have rented your time share week for $3600. Call 719-313-5911 to confirm."  The message was repeated; apparently a previously recorded marketing hook. The 719 Area code appears to be in Colorado. I did NOT call back because: a) I don't have a time share up for rent and b) it sounds too good to be true. I've been renting my time shares for between $400 - $500. In my experience no one will pay $3600 for one week's time share. The phone call sounds bogus.

4/7/10 - message left on phone - very poor pre-recorded message.  Message was already in progress when answering machine started to record.  "... rented...timeshare....have $3600.  Call...confirm 719-313-5911."  Did not return call since we no longer have the time share.

got the same call--they said they had rented my timeshare for $3600 and said to call 719--313-5911 to confirm--did not have timeshare unit up for rent so knew it was a scam--

I received a message that my time share was rented for $3600.00 and to call  719--313-5911 to confirm.  In checking the source, I discovered site and am happy to report this obvious scam.

Recieved phone call stating that "My timeshare "has been rented" for $3,600 and to call (719)313-5911 to confirm."  Called back and telemarketer started in with her written dialog script about how the time share "could rent for up to $3,600."  I have spoken with the Atty General for Maryland and have placed a verbal and written complaint with them.  I strongly recommend that everyone else does the same.  This is a telemarketing scam and devious practice.

I listed my timeshare with Timeshare Hotlist, so when I got the exact phone call you did I figured it was suspicious because the phone number was different and the price was higher then I had asked.  Then I found out that the listings are put on public record so that explains where that place got the information from.  Too bad, I would have been happy to rent it for that price!

Got a recorded message from 719-313-5911 that they have rented my timeshare for $3,600 I am always suspicious of scams and I am not calling this number

I got a message from LIGORDOTCOM which called with the number 206-445-6562, telling me that they rented my timeshare for $3600 and to call 719-313-5911 to confirm.

Left message about the $3600 timeshare rental. Poor audible. We have never listed our timeshare with a third party

Same here, I know how to call someone or go out and buy things.... STOP CALLING MY HOME.

On my days off I leave my laptop on and on the FCC site. For every call I get FCC gets a note.

Caller left message that they had rented our Timeshare for $3600 and to call 719-313-5911 to confirm.  I would love to get that much for my unit!  If it were true (which unfortunately I know it's not) I would take the money and run......right out and rent another one...  I sure get tired of all these calls....I can appreciate that the people are working and at least trying to make some money...but come on....Can't they do something legitimate instead?

Got the same call, very hard to understand( bad connection,foreign). thought about it for the $3600.00 but I had to do the transfer fee $249.00 @ my cost. If they wanted to rent it from me @ that $ you would think all cost would be covered. SCAM ALERT????
