Yes , they took me for $260.00 and they won,t return my calls.

I see someone put untrue information about Immigration Specialist Helpline because when I contacted them they were very helpline on October 13th with my needs. They were very helpful and whoever wrote this about company must be a fraud themselves because I was told there cheapest service is more than $ 260.00 and they have no services and have never had any service that cost that amount.

They are totally fraud. We paid $320 for no service, and we are requiring refund now. But they never return our phone call. If you want to know if what I said is ture, Just try to call their customer service numbers youself. you will neer get a hold on it. or you can leave a message to them say that you have problem with their service to see if they will call you back (the answer is definitely NO!) TOTAL theives!  They told me they needed $500 to process my citizenship forms and send them to the USCIS.  The stole my money, didn't complete the forms properly and sent the documents to the USCIS without any payment.  The forms were returned to me and rejected by the USCIS.  Now they won't return my calls.  Notice, this number is not on their website...only their # 866-630-3604.  They need to be in jail!!!!!!!!!!!!

They took over $500 from me and didn't preform any services for me. When I asked for my refund they gave me the run-around for over 3 months! I called almost every day and they NEVER RETURNED my calls or their voice mail was "full". I just called today and the number is now "discontinued"
No refund and a complete lack of service even after they said they would return my money.
RIP OFF DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

yeah i already reported to the police cause one of the employess was gay and try to ask me out so i gave him my number.. and now hes fu,ck cause police r investigating.. all i knw is this guy name steve and sum other latino guy.. but i got scam and i gave 300 bucks to renew my gramas green card .. now my grama cant return to the unitedstates :(

This the Number One SCAM for Immigration service.  Those ignorant that re trying to defend them are working right there, OK!!
I have a personnal experience wwith those M....F...  I paid $420 they told me that they were working with the immigration nd in return they had some discounted price after I paid those B...s tehy sudenly told me that I had to apply for a waiver which you can only get if you re under national poverty wich I am not and I did explin and they told me no don't worry they never refuse people only 10 % of the people get rejected. Anyway not only that but they cannot do they work they did several errors in my forms with very important info I mean I kinda knew cause the person who completed my forms (eunice) was talkin, laughing making jokes, comment and saying that she couldn't wait to go home with her colleagues.
After they kept telling me that they will fix it so when I called Eunice someone called Enrique told me that she got fored and that he'll take care of me so i called about the forms that they sent me the second time full of errors and guess what someone is telling me that Enrique got fired....wow
Well when USCIS sent me a letter it was rejected because that waas numerous errors on the type of application, the way that they applied for the waiver, they basically did not follow the proper procedure and guess what Immigration specialist helpline did not appear nowhere and they did not include one of the important document that sent them to attach with the form.

When i called they denied all the errors, they were very rude and refused to refund me or even reapply properly.

But guess what B.I.T.C.H.E.S I GOT MY MONEY BACK AND THANK YOU CHASE BANK.

I what i dont inderstand is how they get to continue doing what they are doing they should be arrested or terminated but the're still going they got me out of $420 also, and i read all these scam reports but i figured if the reports where true then the company would have been shut down a long time ago... i dont understand...no one deal with these people all there excuses are enough to make you wanna go down there and beat them up...its always either the phones arent being answered or there answering machine is full or when you call them they tell you the person who did your forms has been fired the person that filed mines was brenda....now im calling them and all there numbers are disconnected...this is justthe worst i dont know how this is continuing!!!!

This is the epitome of SCAM! They helped themselves to $375.gave totally incorrect info and tried to blame me.Talk to Margie, Ed (a real brain teaser) and of course Anthony Croom who is a suprervisor and who refused to put me thru to the owner and lied left and right. How can they continually get away with this?! I have written the Better Business BUreau and the Colorado State Atty. Genreral. No wonder they do this.....they get away with it and probably have already started a new business of scamming.
