One of 20 unknown numbers who call me before 9am.
Not a bill collector, some kind of scammer. They call from different 719-466 exchanges so I can't block each one. Obviously got some kind of spoof box to disguise the number from where they are.

I finally answered. She wanted to help me start a home business.
I talked to her in a high picked sarcastic voice and she actually said, "Ma'am are you really interested or are you pulling my leg"" HAHAHAHA.
I said "Ohhh No- I really really am!"  HAHAHAHA
She wanted to have me do something woth the internet, I said, "Ohhh I don't know anything about that ole internet".
She couldn't hang up fast enough.
What a terrible scammer, she had me saying I wanted to do it and she couldn't even stay on the line with me after calling me 7 times since 8 am.

I think it s National Credit Works a debt collection agency

it may be a calling card number.
They are called Nationl Credit Works, Inc. Debt collectors of purchased accounts. The owner is Greg G. Emminger, 113 Bathurst Drive, Tonawanda, NY 14150, Erie County, NY. Be careful about sending them any money, he does not have any docs to back up his claims, nor is he licensed or bonded anywhere.

Caller: NCW

This number showed up as an incoming number on my paid SKYPE account.  The actual message and caller came from a company Booksmart Studio where I do business.  They had a question about my order.    Is it possible that some calls from some companies are funneled through this caller ID when I receive then via SKYPE?

The call I got was valid.

came across my caller ID as a private name have had 20+ calls from this number in the last two days I am going to answer the phone next time they call so hoefully I will be able to tell you who it is or they are ????

Obvious but incomplete scam, and Do Not Call violation, about getting a free vacation.
