person calling would not say what call was about.

This call is supposedly from a company by the name of US Benefits.  I keep getting calls and messages from this company stating that I recently went online (which I didn't) and before they can give me a quote or any further information, they need to speak to me.  They leave a call back number of 1-800-303-3140 but the phone call does not go through, at least when I try it.  I get their calls a MINIMUM of 4x a day, all of which go to my voice mail on my cell phone, all of which I have to clear out to know when I have a legit call in voice mail!

Caller ID said "Teliax, Inc." showing 719-466-4253 and left no message. Perhaps they get information of whom the owner is and a scam under the pretense of giving you Grants from the Government. Probably a telemarketer used by NCO Financial to obtain information making their file on you more valuable. The credit card companies are allowed by law/contract to use telemarketers to find info about you. The DONOTCALL list doesnt apply here if you applied for a credit card and own them 60 days money past due.
