A lady told me I got $1000 to spend on some website and only had to pay S&H and had 5 different magazines coming to my house for like $16.00 a year

And they want your credit card for that S&H, don't they? This is likely a version of the automatic debit scam as described by the FTC here http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/telemarketing/tel06.shtm  The scammers want your card to charge for shipping but buried in the fine print is authorization to charge your card every billing cycle with bullsh*t difficult-to-cancel subscriptions. Your bank may decline to refund charges even though you were unaware of it. Report to the Internet Crime Complaint Center http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx , the Federal Communications Commission http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm , the Federal Trade Commission https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and your state AG, as appropriate.

these people are calling my child's cell phone number at 4:00 am!!!
