calls 3 times a day, no messages.

A bit of searching says it's a fax machine at the pueblo housing authority.

but with the amount of callers reporting here I suspect that number recently changed.

I received a phone call from this number on 09/28/2011.  No message was left.

I called back, but it was fax machine .

According to http://www.mycallbot.com/numbers/7195465364  it is from: Central Office, PUEBLO, CO - QWEST CORPORATION

This makes more sense to me, as they actually may have business with me.

I received few calls from this numbers in the last couple of days. No messages. I called back, number is Invalid!!??

This is a robo call from Comcast

Got this call the other day. answered. they asked for mr and ms....i'll say Smith, but as I am not married, I said they had the wrong number, because obviously it's a telemarketer or someone else who does not really need to speak to me. They have not called back.

This number is a fax machine at the Housing Authority in Pueblo, CO and it is NOT calling anyone. We are working with our phone carrier to identify where these calls are originating from so that we can try to remedy this situation.

The telephone number that received this call is a mobile device with a Delaware area code.

My wife answered the call just a few minutes ago. (10/07/2011 @ 3:45 PM). It was a man from COMCAST to advise us on the digital changes coming to our TVs. He wanted to know if we had ordered the new digital boxes that will be required for their broadcast. Somehow, COMCAST has crossed over to the FAX machine for Pueblo Housing Authority. However, when I called back before all I got was the FAX machine. Is COMCAST spoofing a line? I doubt it. I think it is just some sort of malfuntion.

We have confirmed that this is a mis-programming on the part of the phone carrier which the contractor Comcast hired to do equipment upgrade calls for Comcast Customers. The carrier Century Tel (aka Qwes)t is now aware of the problem and is correcting the issue. They expect it should be cleared up by the next week if not sooner. My thanks to those of you who worked with me to identify the source of the problem.

This is a call from a vendor for Comcast to verify how many digital converter boxes (or something like that) that you will need as Comcast transitions to a 100% digital system.  They obviously knew that I had at least one digital box since I have at least some digital service and they needed to know how many other tv's I run that might not yet have a digital converter.  As soon as I said that I use only one tv they immediately said that I don't need any converters and that was the end of the call.  Although this call was certainly not appreciated, and they didn't have all of the information on my setup that Comcast has, I definitely did not sense that there was anything inappropriate (like some sort of scam or phishing) going on.

Didn't answer, but Googling led me here, and just wanted to say thanks to MISTECH for coming here and clearing up the issue.

I don't want to talk to Comcast about their skeevy "upgrades" anyway. It's just to get you to add something so that you forget about it and keep paying for the service. Jerks.

Still getting calls, my google voice reports them.  The phone has been disconnected, but google voice still recording calls 3x a day.  Wonder when they will stop.  No messages are ever left.
