Received an automated call from this number saying they were the IRS and they were filling a law suit against me.  The message kept cutting out so I called this number back.  I got a message saying this is an international number and the call did not go through.

Asked to speak to supervisor  told me to shut up. Asked to speak to us representative. Tons of background noise.

Robocall IRS-  same as previous post.  Hung up before it finished.

I received a phone call from this telephone number as well claiming a lawsuit was being filed against me for tax fraud. I was told to return a call for more details, and when I did the call went directly to a live representative and they asked for my first and last name and provided me my contact information and more details regarding the Fraud scenario I supposedly committed. Then they told me about a arrest warrant for my arrest. I told them to shut up and that I was going to call my local IRS office for details and they hung up.

I have received this message before.  I just ignore as I know it is a scam

I received a call from this number saying they were IRS. There was a lot of background noise and the call did not seem on the up and up.

The IRS is going to sue me unless I call them back!

Received two recorded messages so far today saying they were the IRS and they were filling a law suit against me and that I should call this number back:  719-551-2979.  After doing a Google search discovered it was a scam, which I suspected from the start.  10/26/2015

ditto the above phony call scam from the "IRS"  719-551-2979 - I got 2 calls today. so phony it defies description. unbelievable

10/26/15 - Rec'd two calls today, once in morning and just now. CST (2:58)pm, saying that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and to immediately call this number. DON'T FALL FOR IT!! DAMN SCAMMERS! GO GET A JOB!!!

They left me 2 messages so I called back and the man told me I needed to wait for an officer at my house and they were going to arrest me. I said for what and he said the officer was going to f me in the a$$ and then he called me a b@&$#*

I received two calls today. One this morning and one this afternoon. Very disgusted with these people. I own a business and know for a fact that the IRS will NOT call and leave a prerecorded message. Ugh!!! Get a life people.

These arrogant people call my phone three times a day and leave a demanding message to return their call immediately. I have dead many complaints about this number and determine that they are part of the IRS scam that is going around the country. Do not call them back. They are phony!

10/27/15 My daughter was threatened with a lawsuit from the IRS via voice message. She was receiving her final notice.  She called them back...there was background noise and he did give her his ID#.  They are prepared. Luckily she gave them no information. I then got a call from another number today, same scam. (620-904-9671)  They are on the move today.  The IRS sends letters first, and then you are suppose to call them back and you wait an hour or more to talk to an IRS Representative!  That's how it works.
