Same here, two days in a row at least and it says "No Name" for the id. These calls are coming in to my pay as you go phone. Without a name attached, I don't answer calls and especially NOT on my pay as you go cell phone. Checked with a reverse phone number but it won't say more than it's in the Pueblo, CO area. I don't know anyone there so see no need to answer. Not paying to find out it's another spam call.

Yet another company claiming that I owe them money but refuse to tell me what I owe the money for or send me an actual invoice or bill showing what money is owed or to whom. Just a recorded voice from a supposed debt collector

This number is for Stellar Recovery Inc.  They kept calling my daughter's cell phone over and over about collecting money from someone we don't even know.  I called them from my home phone and told them to stop calling her and they "claim" they will within 24 hours.

Confirmed that this is Stellar Recovery Ltd. Debt collector. Called me about someone who used to own my number on March 14, 2013 12:16 PM, April 18, 2013 10:14 PM, and April 25, 2013 2:19 PM, all times in MDT. The voicemails are automated and instruct that should you not be the person this voicemail is intended for, to stop listening to the message.

I will be filing a complaint with proper organizations! I searched this numbet just three weeks ago, found this site and very similar information on a couple of others. This evening THEY CALLED SIX TIMES IN A ROW! I have been avoiding and ignoring this number until now! I hope these scammers get what they deserve!

They call at all hours of the night and I decided to answer today after almost 2 weeks of the harassing and they didn't even answer just stayed quoted for 9 seconds and hung up .. Seriously about to cuss them out tired of them waking up my newborn .

My son is getting these phone calls on his cell phone.  I can tell you he doesn't owe any debts.  I'm tired of the harassment.

This number called my brother in laws phone 3 times in the last half hour never left a message. What a Muke!

called me at 1:09 AM today.  no legit business would call and wake people up at this hour of the morning.  block this number.

I have received several calls from these numbers  (719 - 948 - 8498 ) and  ( 855 - 552 - 2531 ) . They are both are from Stellar Recovery  . When I looked up the 855 number I saw a posting from Willow that stated Stellar Recovery was ordered to pay  $ 40,000 .00 to the Administrator of the Colorado Fair Debt Collections Act for multiple violations against the Act . I'm going to contact a local television investigative news team about them .

I received two phone calls in last two days asking for some strange person.  I have had this number for over 10 years.  I am reporting them.

It's a scam. They called to collect "months of overdue bills" for a "new" telephone installation--this, on a number I've had (and have always paid for on time) for 20 years! Any legitimate business should send a letter and invoice(s) for overdue payments. They don't call like this. Blocked!

Any legitimate telephone company would have simply disconnected service for "months of overdue bills".

It appears that company is out of business.
