Several times a day calls from this number (720-214-0440). Sometimes we are hung up on. Other times a representative asks for me by my name and tries to sell insurance and get information. When I ask to stop calling and to put me on their donotcall list, they hang up!

Calling and asking personal information including middle name.  Uncomfortable with how much personal information they are asking for.

They call several times a day, but always hang up on our machine. Tried to call the number back, but it is not in service?

I AM NOT USUALLY AN ALL CAPS TYPER BUT THESE GUYS ARE TICKING ME OFF.  They call several times a day.. I can't even have my ringer on.  I just tell friend - oh call me and leave a message, I'll get back to you.  When I can the number on my caller id back... it says its an invalid number

Calls several times per day.  Does not leave a message. They call late at night as well.

if they are calling after 9pm local time save the record on your caller id and call police non-emergency line and ask for the fraud officer

This guy calls 20 or more times a day.  Please Help.  I am on the Do Not Call National Reg. List and wish this guy would leave us a lone.

From what I can see on another complaint website....It might be Allstate insurance hiring this company for marketing purposes... I have sent Allstate Corp an email inquiring to this...

I also filed a complaint w/the FCC...

I wish we could get some type of News reporter to do an investigation and shine a light on this guy....

He calls us almost every day for about the last 2 weeks....

I called the phone company to aquire a number block for him

There are services you can get address, name, etc... on a phone number but you have to pay for it (reverse lookup)...like on www.dexknows.com..which is the phone book..anyone know how to get this information without a fee?   It shows this person to be here in Denver, co

I get a phone call every night at about 8:30-9pm. I have a brand new baby in the house so we're generally fast asleep at that time. I have told this person/company this and I still receive the same thing night after night. I've called the number back and left a voicemail to ask them to please stop contacting me. Obviously to no avail. Isn't this harassment?

Yep, they called a few times. I answered and asked to be placed on their DNC list and haven't heard from them since. Very respectful kid.

We get calls 3-4 times a week.  When I pick up the phone a male voice says, "This is dearborn data" then it hangs up.  We do not have caller ID so I just did an internet search and found this site.

dearborn data called 8:00pm sunday. daughter answered call. no one spoke. they have rang numerous times over last week.

If I may politely say... THESE PEOPLE ARE DRIVING ME CRAZY! He/She/it Calls numerous times throughout the day.. even at 3-4am. I can't take it anymore! As soon as we answer the phone, they hang up. Anyone at all know how to stop this madness?

All the calls I got claimed to be from Allstate trying to sell insurance.

Don't bother calling "Allstate "Alert Us" Line: 1-800-427-9389". They don't seem to be able to help.

Instead call the customer number at 1-800-255-7828. The person who answers will try to hook you up with a local agent to solve the problem. I simply threatened to get a lawyer and sue since telemarketing laws are fairly clear about penalties. I was put in contact with a very nice person who appeared to have my personal info the moment I gave her my phone number. She promised to put me on their do-not-call list after a 24 hour wait. If this does not work, I'll write in again. Cheers and good luck.

Got another call tonight but likely still within the 24 hours the lady last night said it might take to stop the calls.  The guy who called tonight introduced himself as Allstate.  I immediately demanded that he not hang up on me and I demanded that I be placed on his do-not-call list.  He asked me if I had his number and I said, "yes I do".  To which he replied, "ok, I'm putting you on our do-not-call list right now".  If they call tomorrow night, I contact a good lawyer and begin collecting penalty money from Allstate.  If they are too stupid to get their act together and stop calling me, then I'm happy to get them fined $500 each night.  They are going to find out just how serious I am pretty quick.

That must have done the trick.  No more calls.  Time will tell.
