This number has called me five times in the last minute.  I picked up the first two times and there is no one there.

Got a call with no message.

Answered (by mistake--thought it was someone I knew). Caller ID said only "wireless caller." It was a robocall telling me I won a "free cruise" but I'd have to participate in a "brief survey" before I could find out about my "free cruise." I hung up before the "brief survey" started.

The brief survey thing is a lame attempt to get around the DNC law.  It doesn't wash and they do not get away with it either. However, the free cruise is also a lame scam as they do ask for money which is illegal.  There always seems to be a lame fee of some sort attached to that free cruise.

Its ILLEGAL to ask for money to receive it.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Wireless number. Robot. "Free cruise," supposedly: Probably not.  I'm on DNC list.  They gave me an option to "decline and be removed from our list," which I chose.  We'll see. So tired of this continual BS.

Scumbag vacation scammers.  Put the phone down and let them do their auto spiel to no one.  That will tie up the robo-dialer for a minute or so, so they can't call anyone else during that time.  Anything to screw these morons up.

Everyone who received this needs to report it on the national "do not call" website--(just google "report do not call").  If they get enough complaints the FCC will shut them down.

Any company requesting upfront fees/deposits should make you think twice about them. Check with better business bureau, or internet or federal trade commission.

They use "robocall"  it's a computer that dials all possible telephone numbers within an area code and exchange.  They do not check numbers against the Federal DNC list.
