another lower your interest on your credit card call..........got the same call yesterday but from a different number

Another annoying "lower your interest rate" call.

Silent call.  My answering machine picked up and recorded a little bit of background noise (a couple of clicks).

I received a similar call like this a week ago from 702-520-1114.

I receive daily calls from this number. I have not answered any of them, but see from other posters that it is a "lower your interest rate" call.  Our local newspaper recently reported that the national "DO NOT CALL" list is a failure. Very unfortunate. Hopefully, you can do something about these unwanted calls.

Lower your interest call. I'm on the "do not call list" and these people keep calling over and over. I have answered before and asked them to remove my name from their list, they obviously did not. This time I said it again to a lady named Kathleen. Hopefully they stop calling now. Seriously, this organization should be charged. Kathleen did say the name of the company when she answered but I could not hear it clearly. They are really getting annoying and this is why I joined the do not call list...to stop the harassment.

I am so sick of getting calls from this number.  In Canada we have a do not call list, but unfortunately this is coming in from the US.  You guys should have similiar stuff.  These calls are extremely annoying

It's a call drom Denver, CO...I live in Canada...didn't pick up, didn't leave a message; why are they calling on a Saturday..

Lower your credit card interest rate.  I have no balance on my credit card. I hold on until the end of the message until it asks if you wish to no longer receive these calls press #3.  I do. They keep calling. This time I pressed #1 to speak to an operator there were no operators, I tried to leave a message but their mailbox was full. Why are you bothering me if you ahve no intention of speaking to me?  What kind of Mickey Mouse oraganization is this?  Now I will prolong the call as long as possible to run up their phone bill.

These people call everyday but do not leave a message. Ill be home one day to answer when they call and then tell them to remove me from the list.

Another annoying call centre. This is a new one to add to the other 6 or 7 I receive a day.

Hey O'bama - How about a tax of say 2 cents for every phone made. No big deal for us normal people - but it may just put these scumbag telemarketers out of business.

Every time I asked them to take my name off the list, they just hang up.  Today, I told them to take my name off their F............ list.  Then I hung up.  My number is on a Canadian "do not call" list but I don't think this applies on US numbers.  Where is Obama on this??

Victoria Day, 9:10 am local time.  I didn't pick up but there was a message left.  When I listened to the message, it was an automated system saying "please press 1 to...." and "please press 2 to remove from list". We taught our kids never to pick up the phone if it's not a local call.

It's May long weekend.  We're sleeping in and the phone just rang.  I mean are you completely serious?

Also in Canada and also got a call from this company offering lower interest rates on Victoria.  I pressed one and asked them if they are allowed to call on a holiday, they tried to claim that they could because they were in the US, but I believe they still have to abide by Canadian regulations when calling Canadians.  I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold, then the call was disconnected.  I want to call them back but can't find a contact number that works.  I think the guy said the company was called "Visa and Mastercard Card Services".  yeah right.

Received this call today.  When asked who's credit card they were referring to, they hung up.  I called back with no answer.

Who does this # belong to.  I want to register a formal complaint.

We keep getting this number 1-720-377-9293 call about lowering your credit card when we push 1 to talk to someone the hang up on you as soon as you tell them we don't have a credit card. I hate this company as it has been calling us for 3 weeks now and the same thing.

Received this call today (Victoria Day). I don't know what company it is but if you punch "1" they ask what credit card you are calling about. If you don't give them a number but ask who they are, for a supervisor or to be removed they just disconnect immediately. If you're still listening to the first message and they say to be removed from the mail list punch "3" they often have the disconnect in too fast for you to hit the "3". Even if you do, you get a message saying "Thank you," a disconnect and then the calls will continue from all the other states anyway, from all their endless phone numbers from whoever this company is.
