Called left message saying needed info on fraudnd a statement from me.

called stating they need information regarding a fraud and wanted a statement. Gave a name of someone that does not live at our home.  Told not to EVER call here again. Have no knowledge of fraud and don't want to know about any fraud......

I received two different messages from this number saying that I was being accused of check fraud and they needed to ask me some questions about it. I have no idea what they are talking about and no knowledge of any check fraud associated with my number.

I got a call this afternoon about this and they say I owe money from a payday loan from Everest Cash. Never heard of this company and never took out a loan from them. They say that they don't have any contact for them, no website, and their email is @live.com. Sounds like a scam to me. They call themselves Recovery State Solutions.

Received several phone messages from this number. Here is their script: "Hello, this is Recovery State Solutions. We are now handling a claim in our office pertaining to fraud and we need a statement from you. We also need you to give any information on the case. You can reach us at 720-636-8243." A quick web search shows that this "company" routinely calls people and accuses them of credit card fraud, payday loan fraud, etc, etc (it apparently varies). Using these scare tactics, their hope is to presumably obtain all manner of personal information from the victim.

I received the same call with the same message, also did a web search showed up the same information.  These people are crazy they have been calling from other numbers also for the same thing saying that a Leslie Hughes is to be contacted about a fraud investigation and the number was for a construction company.  They have nothing else better to do but to scam people where they should be going after people who do commit fraud.

No, YOU are ridiculous.  These debts are NOT valid unless the callers have MAILED proof of debt/proof they can collect - per FEDERAL LAW.  Phone calls saying people owe money prove nothing.  Please do let the door hit you where the dog would've bit you, shill.  The boiler room's that way! ------>

Received a call from this number this morning.  Called them back and spoke to a lady stating that they wanted the fax number for my attorney, that I had and outstanding debt to a Everest Cash Loans.  I also told the lady for my security that the call was being recorded.  She was not very happy with that at all and told me that she did not authorize me to record to the call, I told her tough, that I'm calling paying for the long distance charges.  She then verified sensitive pieces of information which I wonder how they got in the first place. She stated that they were a third party mediator and I requested written information to validate the debt which she would not provide to me which a consumer can ask for to verify the debt.  She then told me if would be sent back to them as a non-pay.  I said fine whatever and do not contact me  again and remove me from your database.  Per the NC Attorney General, pay day loans are illegal in the state of North Carolina.  DO NOT give out any personal information to these folks, they have nothing better to do than contact hard working folks and try to scam them out of their hard working pay.

DO YOU WORK FOR THESE THIEVES? Because it kind of sounds like you do. Anyone with any knowledge of the law in this COUNTRY knows that any legal action against you needs to be in WRITTEN form. Random phone calls do no tcut it. Sorry loser!!!

Received a call from these folks, called back to see who they are the Lady said she worked for Recovery State Solutions but hung up on me when I ask her what they did.  This is scam beware and don't give them any information.

I had a message from them too. Thank you for everyone's comments because I won't be calling back.

Guess what?  You are not getting a penny from me, and I am not answering your calls/messages.

You've got to love the loan amnesia Gunnar.  These shills forgot one other thing, if they try to ply their trade here they will be dealt with accordingly and a permanent record of the illegitimate ways will be put on display for the whole world to see.
