They sound like ?collectors, but they deliberately mumble the name of their company when they leave a message -- probably think people will be more likely to call back that way.
They started calling yesterday, different person leaves a msg. each time.

We received this call one left a msg. ofcourse I didn't answer and my caller ID shows the name or Scott Lowerly Law (Have not idea if Lawerly Law its a one word or 2), in which case its a Law office and have not idea who might that be because we do not have relationship with ANY Law Offices, they are phishing, pls. do not answer if they its not a number that U recognize and even want to talk to thatt caller then pick up. rcvd call from this number and caller names was Shane. He was a very arrogant black person who insisted i owed and debt.  He hung up on me and i called back talked to Tobias.  He was the supervisor and also a very arrogant black person.  They are supposedly out of Denver CO working for the Scott Lowerly Law firm.   Ignore them.  They get debts that have already been settled and try to get more money from you.

They called both my home and cell withing minutes of each other.  A collection agent of some sort.  They were looking for someone with my same name but they verified the last 4 of social was different than mine.
