Keeps calling, unable to call back?

They call 3+ times a day started from 8:30am. I am so tired of it. I've called the police station and all they said was to goto the donotcall.gov website and register since they call my cell phone. Keeps calling even after registering. It all started from this 866-683-7588 whom still calls daily, and then the 706-684-4081 started, but I never received these calls until after I requested online degree info.
I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT TO DO BECAUSE NO ONE CAN HELP, NOT VERIZON(CELL PHONE COMP) NOT POLICE AND NOT DONOTCALL.GOV

they either hang before i can answer. If i answer it before they hang up they just sit there a breathe into the phone.  this needs to stop.

They keep calling. I am going to email them and threaten to report them if it doesn't cease. You should too. But the number was 720-684-4318

I'm getting calls from this number too. Who are they and why do they call so many times a day? They never leave a voicemail, they won't tell me who they are, and they don't stop calling.

This is an online school called San Joaquin Valley College. I actually spoke with two different people and they were very helpful. Hopefully you can speak with someone and they will take you off the call list.

Just activated my 2 new cell phones & account with Verizon. 15 minutes later, phone #2 (my sons) rings with this number showing. I answer, nothing but silence. Great way to start off!

And I thought I was going to get away from BS calls typical of a land line.

Did you ever secure the email address for the people at 720-684-4081. These people keep calling my cell phone and never STOP. I start receiving call at 6 am until 9 pm, constantly. They call at least eight times a day. I tried to answer one time and got music (like I was on hold) it took 2 minutes for someone to get on the line and I couldn't hear them speak because of the background noise.

They call all day long every half an hour to an hour and never leave voicemail! They are annoying and should be shut down there is no reason for them to annoy so many people!

They call 5-8 times a day. I answer they don't speak i call them back and get nothing. i want the calls stopped immediately.

This number keeps calling me... every two hours through out the whole day. I have said not to call this number 4 times now. and they keep calling they dont leave a message either... very frustrating.
