Said they were a State to State Legal processing, calling for a legal matter that needs to be cleared up today.  This matter is with intent to collect on a debt ? If they do not hear from me will pursue other legal actions.  It was a recording.

Received a call around early August 2014 regarding an "official notice of intent." She spoke of some outstanding legal matter. The tone of the woman's voice was aggressive and threatening. The serious and stern tone of voice is par for the course for these types of annoying and obviously bogus phone calls.

The text of the message referred to my rights being "waived" unless they heard back.

Note: if you are involved in a legal matter, you most likely will, at a minimum, receive written correspondence. Just a phone call from some random person threatening you is not the way legitimate debts are collected or legal matters settled.

Same as above. Called them back an they are looking for my husband an refused to talk to me. All they can tell me is that it's for fraud. A lady name libia or Lydia Mendoza is suppose to call me back. We have no fraud. I guesd we have to wait an see. Oh an they are processing alfa David by 5pm today.  Funny how we got no call back since it took place this morning

State to State Processing! Same message as you fine people got. Total shenanigans. There was a long period of time where I got a lot of these calls, especially with foreign men being really mean and calling incessantly. Then - it stopped. Now, I seem to be getting these calls a lot again. I haven't had any payday loans or anything like that so I don't know why they think I'm a good target. So annoying. I just hope that other people do Google these numbers and read these posts so they aren't scammed.

Same number, same call, same script as all the above received. It is a threatening call/script. I completely agree with what "AAA" said in his/her above reply.  Anyone not familiar with their legal rights, don't be fooled by this debt collecting agency. Know your rights.

This is a pay day advance scam.  It has been going on for a long long time now.  This particular one started way back in 2008 or 2009.  You may or may not have taken a pay day advance or even owe one.  I was in a bad situation back then and needed cash A.S.A.P. so I filled out information online to try and get a pay day advance.  To make a long story short, after entering all of my info.  I was not approved  (they said I needed a real bank account, and couldn't use a prepaid debit card) so I didn't even get the money.   However about 10 months after I started receiving these calls.  They were from West Indian people, who had strong accents.  Leaving messages saying I had a case against me and if they do not hear back from me or my lawyer, then good luck to me as the situation unfolds infront of me............lol.  I took it serious and after doing research, I found that (From the FCC) this is a scam.  Someone(s) hacked one of the Payday Loan sites and has obtained millions upon millions of peoples private information, such as address, social security, names b-days etc etc.  The next time they call you, go along with the whole thing, but then tell them that you want to pay it off in full and in person!  Then ask them for the address you can go to in order to pay, watch how fast the let you off the line!

Yea, got a voice mail from these people today calling from Denver, Co. Voice mail also said referred to my rights being "waived" unless they heard back. so I decided to call them back.  Talked with a very well english speaking woman who told me that my case for fraud, deception, banking violations, blah-blah-blah...will be downloaded today at 3:30.  It was 1:30 when I talked with her and she wanted $1330.00 to "settle"...the debt and charges.  I told her I had no idea what she was talking about then she gave me the date of July 24th, 2012 and said it was from some payday loan I took out and never paid.

So I said "OK, what payday loan place was this?"  She replied "Well, we don't have that information but it started first from Bancor and changed hands too many times since then.  All we do is process the case into the state where you are,"  She said there was like 1100 cases to be downloaded in my state of Indiana at 3:30pm today.

I must admit she was very polished and threatning in a nice kinda way.  Just when ya think ya heard it all....

Got a weird automated voicemail by State by State Legal Processing, same message as all above received. Sounded so aggressive and urgent, that i even called them back. The woman answering talked very friendly. They needed my tel number to look it up, i gave it to them and then the woman asked me if i could hold for a few moments.. at which time i hang up.. felt definitely like a scam.

Same as above left a message state to state processing and this was a legal matter that needed immediate attention and if I do not call back then I have waived me legal rights. Sounded very aggressive and stern. I haven't called back and now do not plan on it thanks to reading all of the above messages.
