Called, left no message.  Caller ID showed "OxiFresh Fran"  Google on that shows a Denver area carpet cleaning franchise that uses oxiclean, has low reviews on yelp.  Regardless, I've never done business with them.

they keep calling but nobody there when I answer, they wait awhile to hang up

This number calls and hangs up or sits there saying nothing.  So annoying.  I Call the number back and a busy signal is all I get. Blocking them

I receive at least one call a day from this number and no one talks. Please take my number off your list!

I get a call from this company everyday. Today it was a Tractor company yesterday it was a carpet company. They just need to stop calling

I have eceived a call from this number several times in the past and never answered before.

Today, when I answered, a woman asked if she could speak to "My name".  ( I don't know how they got my name.)
I said "No"...and the woman said, "OK, thank you very much."

The caller ID said "Oxyfreshfran" and is a Colorado area code number.

This phone number is Interstate Roofing as identified by caller. They call to solicit their business and come to door even though there is a no soliciting sign posted.  Then owner called my friend a stupid [***] and continued to call non stop for weeks! I feel whoever is using this number for whatever business is not to be trusted in any way. Just reading the previous posts indicate the lack of integrity and I'm certain foul play would be invovled if they came to your home. Also the man who called my friend a [***] has serious anger issues and could become dangerous if confronted  in a negative way. I am reporting this number and Interstate Roofing to BBB, FCC, TCPA and the FTC.

I am receiving this number call every week and they hangup when i call beecame to find out its call drop, so, bad no one take   action to stop these kind of companies they bug people peace

Have a call block device which works great , most telemarketers etc don't call back, but 720-963-6103 has called at least once or twice a week for several weeks, can't call back to be removed from their spam list, always busy signal; 0n 12/18/14 had my land line forwarded to my cell just to confront them and several other telemarketers , when I answered , a live voice of a woman with a middle eastern accent ( was difficult to understand her) started her spell about they are a local roofing company ; stopped her and said my roof was done over a month ago and hung up , don't think they are a real company ? have to see if their annoying calls continue      ( caller ID is misleading , has nothing to do with roof work)

I have asked them to remove me from their calling list.  They call regularly.  When I have asked to be removed they wanted to argue saying that I did not even know what the call was a bout.  I said it is a sales call and they said no.  I hung up on them.  Yet they continue to call.  I try to call the number back and it is busy.  I don't know how to make these calls end.

I also received several calls from them.
But they are constantly changing phone numbers.
An interesting detail:
They persistently ask what time you'll be at home tomorrow...
In other words, they need to know when you are not at home.
If they call you again tell that you have a home security system.

Exact same call today. No message from oxifreshfran ...

I received a call from this number.  They asked for me by name and said they were a roofing company and would be in my area.  I asked how they got my number and she said from her boss.  I told her I was on the do not call list.  she apologized and hung up.   I looked up Interstate and saw they were on the Tom Martino's list, on Colorado and Company and stated they work with Farmers Ins(which I do not have).   I called the number listed for Interstate Roofing on their web site(different number) and this time a person without an accent answered.  I asked if the 720-963-6103 number belonged to them.  She stated that they do have canvassers but denied that this number belongs to them.  However, she didn't seem to care that someone was using their company's name and wanted not to discuss the matter and get off the phone quickly.  She stated the call would not have come from them as there was no one in the office on a Sat.  Seemed very strange that she was not interested and wanted to get off the phone quickly.  If it was my business and someone was scamming using my business's name, I would want to know.    Leaves me to believe that it was Interstate using a canvasing company and I think they are aware of the issue.
