i keep getting a call from 724 352 0103 and it only rings once and then they hang up what is the deal with that number

I have gotten at least 6 calls in the last 2 days from this number. When I finally answered a middle eastern women was trying to set me up with grants for housing or education that I apparently signed up for on the internet. I told her i wasn't interested and not to call again and she kept saying but the money is free why dont you want it. So I hung up on her when she wouldnt take no for an answer.

I have received 4 calls before noon on my work cell phone, just today from this number.  The first 2 times it showed up as "1-724-352-0103" the 3rd and 4th times it showed as an international call "011 1 724 352 0103."  Noone ever leaves a message.

I just received a call from this number apperently I had signed up for a grant and that they were calling me about that. It was a middle eastern man. I had never signed for that.

I received a call from this # and caller id showed up as Lucas Edward.  I answered and it was a middle eastern man trying to sell me electronic cigarettes.  They LIED over and over again b/c I researched the product on the internet and they essentially are a pushers of whatever product you may have signed up for on the internet.  Do not believe their FUTURE offers...the actual company does not have the special offers.

I just received one from a guy named Andrew Williams (Middle Eastern Accent).  same MO - grants.

I just received like 12 calls in the last week from this number with a Middle East accent. First said his name was Luke and now he says is Daniel so I don't know what to do.

Whoever it is that keeps calling from 724-3552-0103??? Get a real job will ya? Quit bugging me at mine!!

I started receiving a call from this number yesterday. Today they have called me a total of 12 times.  I answered the phone three times and told them to stop calling. They did not get the point. But, its suspicious because they started calling me from a 646 number and when i told the person to stop calling that's when they called me from the 724 number. I think its a fraud. I never signed up to receive any free grants and they claim to work for the federal government which I definitely don't believe.

I keep getting calls from this india woman. Trying to get card numbers  or education information.

I also keep getting these call.....how do you stop the calls? When I answer there is no response. The call eventually hang up without saying a word.

this number keeps calling me as well i wonder if theres anything other than reporting this to the police what im wondering if i can make a law suit against this number for harassing me so much.

I got a call from the same number you posted. I thought it was someone i knew who had changed there number. But now that you mention the grant thing. I got a call from a number before talking about the same thing, free grant money, why dont you take it, you signed up on the net for it. I hung up on them. I ve got some calls from girl for 5times with unknown nuber and the lady asked me to
get me a online part time job. I couldnt rejecting at first time for some reasons..because i really needed a job and i hoped they were really not fraud.They asked me to pay for the register fee so they wanted my visa card number. Finally they call me today with this number and i rejected them.

I mean this is so rediculous. i know that there are about 5 company for real online part time job but
does it make sence that she was begging me to get a job? that's totally messed up.

These people call  me all the time with information about car insurance. I told them multiple times to take me off their call list. They say sorry to bother you and hang up. This is a scam cause then they started calling me from a different number from Michigan about the same stuff.

this number called and left me no message i never apply for anything so why they calling me

this number keeps calling me as well and will not let me know their name yet they want all my information I just hang up on them but they are very persistant they keep calling me every couple hours.
