Daily, I receive calls on my cell phone & they refuse to leave a message.  How do I get them to stop?

It’s a scam. I overheard my mother answering his questions like age etc. took the phone from her when I heard “VISA”.
Tell this scumbag you’re on “do not call list and you’re reporting them”  (AND THEN DO!!!)
If you not currently on DNC list or it has been more than three years you should update your info on the National  do not call list type it into google its very simply.
Once your registered on the DNCL you can report them.
After  a number of complaints they will take action fines ect.

This number 727-230-8760 keeps calling my Cell phone! They call everyday or every other day & refuse to leave a message. I'm SICK of it.

I AM on do not call list-got no idea who this is or how they gained access to my phone!!

727-230-8760 calls me approximately 2-3 times DAILY!  Luckily I do not have a personal greeting recorded, so technically they don't have my name, but maybe they do?!  UGH!  Just leave a friggen message or STOP calling!

I received a call saying "you won a trip to florida"...the website they gave me to view is www.wetouramerica.com  I think my name was entered into a drawing or something.  It sounds fishy as hell...

I got this info off of the FAQ page on www.wetouramerica.com

I went to MIS speedway this year and entered a drawing. I think this is how these morons got my #. They called me too about this trip to Florida.  I got Steve Dolan on the phone and talked to him for awhile. I gave my name and address, but that was the only thing I gave.  At the end of the conversation he asked for my credit card expiration date and I of course said "Hell no".  He then said, "We have never had any question like this before on that fact that we are Nascar the world's greatest spectators sport".  He then gave a number for reference and it is to some other company who look like frauds too.  He then went onto say he was directly from Nascar and was completely unprofessional.  He then said well can I get that expiration date from you and I said no.  He then said "pleasant to talk to you then" and hung up.  I am reporting this # to someone to take care of these [***]!!!

They told me I won a trip to Florida, then when they told me it would cost $398 to go, I was extremely alarmed.  They tried everything to get me to want to go, finally when I told them I wasn't interested and give it to someone else but Thank You, they hung up on me!

A guy asked if I had filled out a raffle to win a trip to Florida recently. I said, "I don't know, did I?" He said he couldn't give me the prize if it wasn't me that filled out the form so I said all right, thanks. Then he asked me what time it was and if I was stuck in 4:20 time. I told him "stuck" made it seem like a bad thing. He got mad at me and told me not to fill out any more raffle tickets.

Got a call from the same 727-230-8760 Tours America....said hubby filled out a card at a Harley Event....told him I couldn't talk cuz I was trying to get real work done, and I'll call my husband...His response...

DON'T BOTHER....bla bla....I hung up.....

can you believe the nerve of this guy...calls asking for someone then says don't bother when you won't engage....what an @$$

I also received a call saying that a card was filled out at a fair. the man tried to make me believe that I had won and said to secure it he needed my card information.

I was actually surprised that I won this package. and i gave in =(. I really don't know what to do know. They were very very convincing. I called my bank to ask to cancel the payment but they have already charged me. I really don't know what to do now =(. Can anyone help me out?

Got a call saying that I won a prize but they needed my credit card number.  You should not have to pay for something that you won!  Do not give info!  The caller became very rude when I did not give my info!

I filled out a raffle for a FREE trip to Disneyworld in late January.  Yesterday (2/1) I received a call that I won a FREE trip but after details that I would have to pay $199, then asked what credit card I would be using.

I told him that I would have "authenticate him" before I give him any credit card.  We went back and forth then I asked him how do I know he did not do any dumpster diving and get my number and being a possible thief is trying to get my credit card info.  He replied that my credit card company will protect me against fraud.  


He would not point me to a website or send me an email to see how real this was.

We Tour America is a timeshare company.  They book you on low cost trips with the idea that the place your staying at will sell you a timeshare.

I've actually gone on one of these We Tour america packages.  It cost me $398 for a week in Florida plus 3 other trips to various locations.  After paying the $398 we did not get charged any other fees.  If your looking to go on a low cost trip, it's not bad.  All you have to do is sit on a timeshare presentation at the place you are staying.

Just got a call. Thanks for the info. I am getting a callback tomorrow. :) I'll have fun with it.
