A guy calls and says he is officer Bell from the Dept of justice. He can bearly speak English and tells you to call him back or have your attorney call him. He then says that your SS# and info are in his records(whatever that means). I have no idea but have had similar calls from the same man but the number was out of Cleveland not Florida. Sounds kinda fishy. I know I don't have any legal problems so I don't answer. I onr message he said I owed money for a loan, but little does he know the only loan I have is my mortgage.

"Randy Brown" from "Legal Line Associates" left 6 messages on our answering machine today. Only the first two were directed at me, stating that I was in serious financial trouble. I guess his phone must have been stuck on redial, because the remaining four calls were addressed to other people-making the same statements/threats....One of the messages he says "Ted, why did you hang up on me-don't know, urgent that you call back-we have received many complaints about you......(too long to repeat everything)...but he did tell Ted (who is Ted?) that if he does not resolve this issue, then someone will come to his house to arrest him, and they will make sure that he gets fired from his job....

Someone needs to please stop this....sometimes they call from NY phone numbers too.....UGH!

This guy has been call for the last two months wanting me to pay a debit from some loan company.Claiming his name to be Kevin Jones and works for this Law Firm call Allen Matkins. He wanted me to pay 611.00 that i owed. he asked me to fax over a letter of settlement to him to make for installments of 166.00 and to fax my ID to him also so the Attorney General Office in Florida. I told him i would not fax my ID to him.

On April 1, 20011 I received 2 phone calls from 2 of my friends that I used for reference on the Internet for payday loans. My first friend played the voice mail that was left on his answering machine, stating that I had committed some type of fraud and was using his name.  My second friend told me, Tony Grey said, that I owed him a lot of money and I used her as a cosigner.  He also told her I had giving him her social security number and he needed to check it.  She hung up.  This Tony Grey left a phone number with both of my friends (727)242-7409.  On Monday April 3, 2011, I contacted him and told him who I was. I asked why was he calling my friends and what kind of information was he trying to get.  He was very hesitate.  I told him that I knew that he was a scam artist.  I called the Florida Police and not to contact any of my friends any more with these lies.  He told me, he was calling from Allen Matkins Law firm but he could not look up my information because his computer was down.  I also told him that he stole some data off of some payday loan web site.  He told me he had to call me back and hung up.  The same day he left me a message stated that he found my name and I had 3 violations against me.  I called the next day identify myself and gave the phone to someone else.  Who said he was Kevin Jones and that I had to answer some question.  When I asked him for the address to this law firm, he got angry and told me he did not have to answer any question and hung up.  I believe this fellows got my name and other information off of one of the payday loan web sites or one of the search engines that looks up payday loan web sites.  Whatever help you can offer me I would appreciate it.

I received a phone call today from Tony Grey who says he is from the Alan Mack Law Firm.  He also said that I had 3 violations against me and I needed to call back.  In my previous phone calls, they are calling from California, New York, NY and this time Florida.  This company also is calling my temporary agency leaving messages to get in touch with me.  When I ask them what company hired them to contact me, they become angry and refuse to answer. This has to stop.  If anyone has come in contact with these people, please give me some suggestions.

Just got a call from this number asking for one of our employees. Heavy accent and says his name is John from a law firm. We dealt with this about a month ago and they wouldn't stop calling. I looked the number up and of course found out it is a scam. I told him that when he called back and told him we filed a complaint and to stop calling. They called about 20 times that day, just to harrass. Why can't this be stopped?
I just put this one on hold and left him there!!!

So I recieved a call from this number today trying to reach an employee. I asked if this was a personal call the female said it was company related. I asked what the nature of her call was and she stated it was an audit. I told her she needed to speek with the Administrator. She then told me no she needed this employee. I said then this is a personal call and she needed to contact that person at home and to have a nice day then hung up. She called me 4 times. Be aware of these calls I recieve about 10+ calls like these a day. I wish there was some kind of task force that dealt with these calls. These people are rude and harassing. they need to stop. I received a call from this person name Allen saying the same thing from the same law office. Should have know it was a scam when I said I would contact the office directly. Gave them my number to debit my visa to pay my payment and then got a call from the company saying the payment was never received they are absolutely a scam. I had to close my account and cost me a extra 200.00 dollars to settle my account because of a missed payment. I recorded the conversation and told them so and am filing charges for calling my job and cell phone and house numerous times cursing and calling me out my name. Please beware I was told they get your information from the payday loan search engines. Never again first and last time

I got a call from this number today trying to reach an employee. I recognize the voice and he called himself 'Ricky" but before he told me his name was 'Stephen" he can barely say the name. I knew who he was because he always asks to speak to the say employee every time. I put him on hold for a long time and then he complained and i put him on hold again. He told me it was an urgent legal matter and I then told him in that case he needed to contact her at home because that was considered personal and hung up. This man is rude and harassing.

I RECEIVED THE SAME CALL FOR ABOUT 6 MONTH. IT STOP FOR ABLE ONE MONNTH NAME IT STARTER AGAIN. HE ALSO CALLS MY JOB. I WENT TO THE POLICE. THE POLICE CALLED THE NAME EVERYTIME THERE CALL HIM HE WILL HANG UP THE PHONE. THE POLICE JUST TOLD ME NOT TO ANSWER THE PHONE NUMBER. BUT NOW HE IS CALLING MY JOB.

Called  several times in my phone stating i owe money. THIS IS A SCAM! HAS TO STOP THIS. HE COULD BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH WITH A FUNNY ACCENT. SOMEONE HAS THIS NONSENSE CALL.

They are VERY illegal.... anyone can get your personal information. It's sad, but true!!!  This is a scam.... don't give them any info!!!!

This man just called me about one of my employees. I was scared at first and called the employee immediately. After I thought about it I found it funny that he has a major accent and his name is Frank Miller. I am glad  I looked the number up and found this site. I just called him back and told him I know he is a scam and that I am reporting him. I also told him he should try to google his number and see that we all know he's a scam. He only responded for me to do what I wanted to do.. just proves he's a scam.

Maybe we should all take a few minutes a day and call him and scream scam! scam!.. wonder if he would get as annoyed as he is making us.
