CID = "STARNET" ... pretty sure that's not the company name, just the cell provider... calls my landline & my celly regularly, leaves no message

This is some sort of political call. It was a recorded message that was mostly garbled. All I could hear was vote NO for something or other in the November election in Pinellas County, FL



 

received call did not answer, but it appears to be another political call about voting. they keep calling every few days.

Political call urging you to vote against Project Greenlight public transit tax. What makes it really annoying is that the message loops and replays before disconnecting.

Called and left NO message! Scammers just keep on scamming.

It was a political call urging us to vote early because of the storm coming early next week. They left a message. It was for someone running in Pinellas county but we don't live there.

I think it was a political call, there was a mystery message. What the heck is Starnet?

Sounded political but the recorded message was garbled and couldn't understand most of what was said. Blocked the number.
