I keep receiving a call from this number. They never leave a message so I have no idea who they are. I do not know if it's a telemarketer or creditor... or other. I called the number back and got a recording of a lady giving hours of operation etc... no mention of the business name in the recording telling me to try back during regular business. DESPITE being a local 727 number... the hours of operation they provided were for the Pacific Time. "Our office is currently closed. Please call back Monday through Friday 7 am to 4 pm Pacific time. Thank you."

Reverse ID says Datex. I don't know what company this is but they call twice a day, never leave a message.

We've received a couple of calls from this number already today. My called ID displays "Private Name" and the phone number, and there's nobody there when I answer.

same as above..not open Pacific time but with a New Port Richey ID

I just got a call from them. They said something about a warranty on my car expiring, but their accent was hard to decipher.. Don't EVER give them information, they are trying to scam you.

Male caller with very strong accent said they were reviewing my vehicle warranty and insisted that I tell him how many miles were on my vehicle. Asked for me by name and knew the make and year of my vehicle. Would not say a company name, but I am sure he was not from Ford Motor Company. He called three times this week and once last month.

4/10/14: Rec'd call from same number. Didn't leave a message. Didn't give them a call back.

This local (727) number calls me daily in the AM & always again after 5pm. Just called me now @ 6:40pm & when I called back it was a recording stating office is closed.

Number has called me several times the last few days. I do not answer it and never a voicemail. I'm assuming telemarketer or collector. I will be blocking after reading these comments. It is local to me too!

Thanks to the comments above, I knew to block this call after experiencing the same ... no message left when the called and a recording when I called back only 1 minute after receiving the call.

We have received numerous calls from 727 264-5059 even though we are registered on the Florida "Do Not Call List."  I filed a complaint today on their website.  Heavy accented male said he was from GMC and offering extended warranty for husbands truck. Impossible since we do not have a warranty. They must have bought Florida Dept Motor Vehicle list and randomly calling from it. Never give out info to this guy.  A scam.  

Called me yesterday and now today (Saturday!) I didn't pick up/ and they don't leave messages. Thanks to all that left comments, now I know who they are. Just blocked.  

Scam calls from this number multiple times a day

Called once a couple days ago and hung up.  Called 4/14/14 and knew my name, car year and make (2010 VW) and said he was from Vehicle Processing Center and doing follow-up on warranty verification.  Very heavy accent...   I assumed he might be trying to sell me some extended warranty (I've received many in the mail).  I told him I did not think his company was officially handling my warranty and did not give him any info. He just kept repeating the same pieces from his script, but I did not give him info - just that I do not recognize this company.

Answered call on 4/14/2014 at 4:15 PM. Man with heavy accent asked for mileage on a used car I purchased last year so he could check on a warranty status. He never identified any organization or, if he did, I failed to understand him. I politely asked him to "remove me from you list." It seemed to confuse him and he paused for a moment and muttered something like "Uh" or "Ok" and promptly hung up.

This number has called everyday after 4pm. Woman with thick accent , hard to understand. Asking for warranty information and car questions. When I asked Why she wanted that information , she hung up. When I called back , a recording stated that the company is closed after 4pm. However every time they call , it is after 4 pm. These people are scammers !!

Harrasing without speaking  just heavy breathing...?.

Did all of you recently purchase a vehicle? I only started getting these calls after purchasing one.

I have not recently purchased a vehicle and just started receiving these calls this week, all at random times, weekends included. I have not answered as I don't recognize the number. I always figure if it's important enough they will leave a message. Now that I've read all of the above posts, I'll just block the number.
