Called and left no voice mail

Called a few times. Never leaves a message.
The number is always busy when I redial.

Called and rang 3-4 times... Left no message ... CLEARWATER, FL ???

Called, rang 3 times, left no message, hung up.  When I called back I got a recording to be placed on Do Not Call list.  I pressed 1 for that and now I want to see if they recognize my number as being "live" and will keep calling back.  Thus, pressing 1 to be put on Do Not Call list is an experiment of my undertaking.  time will tell...

Called  3 times dead air when I answer

Just got a call from here, but was on an important call so didn't answer.  From the above, it looks like a typical scam.

Received a call...When answered it was a womans voice that sounded as if it were automated and stated that it was in regards to my credit card...Which at that time...I hung up...Knew it was a scam

Called today and left a voicemail to reduce my interest rate on my credit cards. I have no credit cards. Voicemail app labeled the caller as "SURVEY".

Twice left no message.

Called and said can lower credit card interest rate. pressed 1 for live person, asked who was calling. Said can lower interest rate for B of A, Chase, and Citi credit cards, i hung from there.

Sorry to tell you this but according to the FTC that by pressing 1 you have just verified that a live respondent has just picked up the phone. These scammers will now put you into a queue to target you later. They have no intention of placing you or anyone on their so called DNC list. They will keep calling until you put a block on them, I have.

Did not recognize this number didn't answer no vm left = scam

If you call the number back, you will get an auto recording asking you to press 1 to be added to a Do-Not-Call list. You might as well press 1 on a calculator though - as I called back with caller-ID blocked, and got the same message. They aren't adding anyone to a Do Not Call list. In fact, I suspect they actually want you to call them back so they can capture a live number. Something needs to be done about this as these are not originating in the U.S..

Robo Call wanting to sign me up for a low interest rate Credit Card. 1 - For Live Operator 2 - to be removed....

Listed as "survey" on caller id.  Recorded message that stated 'This is Heather from account services'  Went on to say that I needed to call back immediately for her to reduce our interest.  Interest on what?  What account?  Didn't say.  Complete phishing scam.

I got a call from this number and it said it was Heather from cardholder services.  I proceeded to talk to someone with a thick accent, and told him not to call again.  He hung up on me.  I called the number back and was able to leave a message.  I told them not to call this number again or I would sue.  They haven't called back yet

Caller ID said survey but I don't pick up survey calls either.  From other people's comments who DID answer, it sound like this is the usual con about "lowering your credit card interest rate", and NOT a survey.
