Received 2 calls from someone with a very heavy accent (name:  Dennis Blake)stating he was from the Dispute Resolution Center...speaking VERY fast and stating I need to give him the name of my attorney so that legal papers could be sent.  He would not answer me when I asked who these papers were from.  He became frustrated because I was asking more questions than he was ready to answer.  I told him that he was in violation of the Fair Credit & Collection Act and that I would be reporting him. By this time he was very agitated and loud.....I hung up.  I'm sure he will call back.

Received a call as well.....they called my work phone......stating name was Louis Parker.....thick accent........cannot tell me who papers were from.  Have contacted the Local FBI office.........

Same thing received a call on my cell today around 840am PT caller told me that his name is Jerry King and calling me from Dispute resolution Center he has a heavy Indian accent and was asking my name to verify that he called to the right person I told him that this is me then he gave me the last 4 digits of my SSN and told me that he need my lawer information to fax some Documents believe or not I recognize his voice 3 days ago that same guy called me from 617-531-2607 and introduce himself as John Mathews and that he is calling me from Oakwill Law Firm and he is a lawer and told me that there is a lawsuit against me when I asked him let me have your business mailing address he got mad and hang up the phone.

I just received a call from a louis parker telling me I owe for a bill and had the last 4 digits of my ssn# I sk him serveral times different things and he can't tell me nothing other than I owe money for a check advance. Really! from where?

I have also received many calls from this number same person every time heavy indian accent. The guy also seems to have many names the last is Dennis Lee early on it was Dennis Blake but there have been others always the same guy. When I start asking questions they get mad and hang up these people have also called my work and when the office questions this guy he hangs up on them.
One time I returned there call it took at least 10 calls before I got an answer guess what same guy answers the phone with another name. This some sort of scam it's time I turn is over to the feds.

Same thing happened just happened to me how did he get all of our info? he even had my acct info. who would this get reported to?

I have received numerous phone calls from these people as well.  Sometimes its Jimmie Johnson and now starting today its Steve Blake.   Trying to tell me I need to send them money to prevent a fraud charge from being filed. It always sounds like the same person with a heavy Indian accent.  Called local sheriff's dept and there is no way to trace the call :(
