Called yesterday with a caller ID of "Rebecca D".  We didn't answer and she didn't leave a message.

its a company called Future Energy wanting help us save on our energy bills.  When I told "Autumn" I was on the Do Not Call List -she stated that this was not a sales call but a courtesy call  - yeah right

I just got a 3 second blank voice mail but the call back goes to a disconnected number.  So, here are the legal rights you have: As of October 15, 2013 it is illegal for a company to call your cell phone for anything sales related without your express written consent.  Which means you can complain and cost them A LOT of money.  The more people who complain, the faster and deeper the penalty!  

If they try to lie to you, remind them of the TCPA law as enforced by the FCC.  You can complain directly on the FTC website about harassing phone calls such as this, and ALWAYS ask to be put on the company Do Not Call list.  If you are already on the national...fry their [***]!  Good luck, consumers!

The caller for this number, 727-544-3031, says the company is Future Energy. Future Energy is the same company that has been calling people over and over again for months from the phone number, 727-216-3238 with the now notorious character, Brian Beaston, about whom many have posted some disturbing information. The content of the calls from both phone numbers is the same: caller wants to give lower energy costs, energy audit in the home, purchase solar panels. And the caller says the same thing from both phone numbers: The Do Not Call list is a non- issue for these people because the call is a "courtesy" call and not a sales call. Something doesn't ring true about these people. Also, there is another set of numbers belonging to a company supposedly called Alternative Solutions. 813-324-6618 which is SPOOFED and 813-472-9580. The calls from these two numbers are identical in content to the 727 numbers. Contact for the 813 numbers was Mark Nicholls. Just sounds like a huge scam. Don't pick up the phone!  And please do not allow these people into your homes.

Got the call, caller ID showed "Rebecca_D".  Man claimed to be calling from Rebecca's desk.  I called him "Rebecca", and he hung up!  Strange.

Always remind these idiots that you are on the Do Not Call List.  Also tell them that you want to be REMOVED from ALL of their list.  This includes telephone, e mail, mailing, ect.  Do not contact in any way.  All companies are required by law to follow your instructions.  If they call you any more after that report them to the Federal Trades Office.

I just got a nasty call from the , they called 6 times in a row.

I blocked anonymous calls and add all 3 of there number to block list.  what a pest

Blocked the number on my telephone and got another call today; no message. Caller ID shows name as Florida.

Harrassing phone calls - chose not to answer - jerk leaves a message "I know your listening, all you have to do is pickup the phone I would know your snotty ass voice anywhere"
