The voice mail they left was for somebody else. Rep said they had contacted [a merchant] about the customer's disputed charge, and the merchant now had 45 days to reverse the charge on the ustomer's credit card.

Sounds like a company that handles credit card services for small banks or card issuers that don't have their own department for that.

A little worrying that they left a voice mail saying "This message is for..." rather than verifying they had the right person. Nice privacy safeguards, guys, :-/

We have now received several calls from this number. The called ID reads PSCU Service Center. Each time they asked for someone that is not at my number. We have been repeatly told that they would remove our number. Obviously this has not happened. If you see 727-572-8822 I strongly suggest that you completely disregard it.

I live in Hawaii.  My husband was wakened from his sleep at around 6:30am by a woman who wanted to speak with me (I was at work).  Hubby wouldn't give her my work phone number and instead asked for HER phone number so that I could call her back.  He said to hold on while he got a pen and paper.  She said okay but he heard a distinct 'cleck' when she hung up the phone.
I checked my caller ID and found this number.  They hadn't called back.

Don't get yer panties in a wad - these are the good guys. They deal with reported credit card fraud for my Credit Union.
