These people call me for a "free" energy service EVERY DAY for weeks.  I have begged them to quit calling and they say they can't remove my number from their dialer.  What can I do now?

Report them to the FCC - if it is recorded (mine was) they are breaking the law of no recorded mesages

These people are a SCAM. They are probably trying to case homes for robbery.  

They will not put you on a do not call list.  They claim they are "free service company" and you "could" qualify for $3600 in US Gov't Grant money. When told you already know you don't qualify, they say "how do you know".  Then they say "everybody qualifies".  When you ask them if everybody qualifies, why do they need to come into my house and do a survey, they hang up on you.  Yeah, real legitimate operation.

Anyone have additional CallerID numbers for these con-artist?

I entered the wrong second number, the two numbers are 727-607-0461, 713-480-2204.  The first is from Florida, the second is from Houston Texas.

Call everyday for weeks - offering "free" energy evaluation - I have a newer energy efficient home and ask them to quit calling - they said that they are a free service, therefore they don't fall under solicitation guidelines and there isn't any way to take me off their automated dialer. I'm looking into "call blocker".  Maybe that will stop it.

They have called me 3 times.  Each time I have pressed "5" to be taken off their list.  Tonight I pressed "1" to get their name.  The guy said they were "Nationwide Energy Organization" and same as above, because they were a free service they did not have to abide by the fact that I was on the "Do Not Call" list.  He was extremely rude and insisted I must be "interested" since I presssed #1.  I finally hung up.

Ron Brewer apparently operates or operated a company out of Boca Raton called Solar First. He has a reputation as a scumbag. His accomplice, with the same reputation, is a man named Mark Langley, who can be reached at 561-271-1924. Can't trace Jennifer Lane - an aka?

The number that called me was 727 686 6440.  Said he was from Nationwide Energy Organization in Orlando.  He would not give me an address or phone number for his company.  He insisted that he was not subject to do not call list because he was not selling anything.  I sent a complaint to the Florida Division of Consumer Services.  I recommend that affecter people do the same.  Their email address is http://csapp.800helpfla.com/CSPublicApp/Complaints/DNCComplaint.aspx.

Every time they call, write down the telephone number they are calling from and the date and time you received the call.  Go to http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm and file a complaint.

They keep on calling our office, although they have not called our home in a while.  I finally set up an appointment with them - address I gave them is our local police department.

Happening in Daytona Beach, FL area. First of all call coming in as anonymous. Put a block on all anonymous calls. Now they call using cell phones 386-847-6304 and 386-847-6244. When I see cell phone number coming in that I do not recognize, I won't answer. They have been calling every day.

I have the capability of recording a conversation on my telephone. I will let them know that this call is being recorded and let them know that I will record the conversations every time they call my residence because I have told them I am not interested in their services and told them to take me off their list, but they continue these unwanted calls. I will tell them if there is ever a case against them in court, I will be there with all of my recordings.

If that doesn't work, I bought a whistle, I will press #1 and as soon as the live person gets on the line I will blow the whistle into the phone as loud as I can.

Just so all of you who have commented above... you are all wrong.  The company owned by Ron Brewer closed in July.  They have not done any calling and ceased operations.   You are barking up the wrong tree.  Do better Detective work.
