Spam call offering to put us on a government listing program. The caller (Bill Higgins) didn't even slow down enough during his script to hear me tell him I wasn't interested.

This RUDE guy repeatedly calls our business.  After stating numerous times that the person he needs to speak too is out of the office or on the other line he had the audacity to tell me that I am incorrect and there is "ALWAYS someone there to talk to about wanting government bids".  Tried calling the number back after he said some rude stuff and hung up on me and the line is set at a busy tone.

This guy is completely rude and our company will NEVER work with him.  Stop calling! He puts me in a bad mood every time I get the unfortunate pleasure of his phone call. [***]!

After I had the courtesy to listen to this guy's pitch, I politely told him we were not interested to which he rudely responded, "ok, well I'll give it to your competitor."

caller (Bill Higgins) sounded drunk (at noon) saying he was looking for the owner of the business side to hook us up with government contracts. Told him I WORK for the government. He slurred out an apology and said he was working "from an old GSA list".

I have received multiple calls from this number 727-807-3294 and decided to answer it after researching the number.  The gentleman that was on the other end of the line kept stating how he can improve profits of my existing WOSB 8(a) certified company.  I question what company he represents to which his reply was "government contracting".  When I in turn inquired which government agencies in particular he just stated all.   I then proceeded to inform him that I just came out of Federal Contracting in the Louisiana area and have quite a few contacts at numerous locations within the state and government agencies and would like to know what agencies he is working for?!?!??  He decided it was in his best interest to call myself a "Fool" for passing on such opportunity and a few other unpleasant words.  I will be contacting SBA and reporting him for misrepresenting a federal agencies prime contractor.

Rude - talked too fast to hear me say i wasn't interested - finally was able to interject my thanks but no thanks - not ready but feel free to call me back in a couple of years...young business, not ready yet - his response "yeah smarty, i'm all over that" and hung up.  Oddly enough, when i researched this number, i simultaneously saw an add for Wright Express Gas Card which I have inquired about...I initiated the contact with Wright Express...I just began using my cell for business purposes less than 2 weeks ago...very few people have this number yet i have been contacted by several solicitors already - i recommend when inquiring about services that one stipulates that your information should not be used, sold, or otherwise shared for any reason...and if that doesn't work...here's back at ya Mr. Bill Wiggins Govt Program facilitator...SIT AND SPIN UNTIL YOUR HEAD POPS OFF - I HOPE YOU GET HUNG UP ON BY PEOPLE LESS NICE THAN I AM AT LEAST 100 TIMES A DAY.  I KNOW YOU'VE BEEN DOING THIS FAR TOO LONG, YOU ARE DISGUSTING AND JADED.

Same guy just called me, wanted to talk strictly to the owner about bids from the Fed Gov't. I suspected it was telemarketing or SCAM, when I tried to ask his contact info to have owner call him back, he ended call quickly. Mr. Higgins, you can't be legit if that is how you deal on the phone, you're either SCAM or a really crappy business and we wouldn't do business with you anyway.
